driving and cars

I feel really stupid asking this question, but htne again look at my username. How do get cars and drive cars and have driveways and all of that stuff. Is that only for Uni and Nitelife, cause I don't have those. I f not them somebody fill me in cause I'm getting tired of taking a taxi.

If you want a car to drive, you must have NightLife.

Well to have a car you need nightlife i have all three but i am not sure if you can install nightlife with out univ but look here you might fine your answer

you can install it without UNI. Its an expansion for the base game not UNI.
