How do you get your Downloaded sims in-game?

you double click the sims2package file and it self installs

Hey,
Downloaded a lot of awesome KH and Teen Titans sims. I installed them, and can't play them in game.

And once you install them, you have to go into 'Create-a-Sim' (CAS), and click on the * Icon (I believe it's on the first page where you specify skin types, etc) and select the new Sims from the list that appears.
