Floors on slants

How do I place floors on slants? I came across it before and forgot to bookmark it. Then I downloaded a house and it has carpets on slants, as well as a set of stairs on one of the slants. So what do I type-in to do this?

Be sure to turn it off after you're done by using true instead of false.
