Hi, I have been trying in vain for weeks now to get this sim, Bridget Jones by vexedvixen, into my game. It just isn't happening and I cannot understand why. I have downloaded the BridgetJones.rar file at the bottom, went through all the individual links for the eyes, eyeshadow etc and downloaded them. It's available for all games not just nightlife and uni. It says the pack is sucessfully installed through clean installer. It really is frustrating me because I can't figure out where I'm going wrong. Can anyone please help me?

Yes, I've only been playing for a couple of weeks but have got 2 custom sims in my game sucessfully.

Have you tried installing the sim seperate from the custom content?

Sorry Im not really sure what you mean? Do you mean I should get rid of the eyes, make-up etc and just install the bridgetjones.rar?

The achive bridgetjones.rar contains ALMOST EVERYTHING but the skintone. Open the sims2pack with clean installer and install JUST the first part listed (it shouldn't show a preview). That should get the sim into your game.

I've done this and still nothing in the game. It doesn't show up in custom sims at all.

Where are you putting the fisrt file in the sims2pack?

It goes into my download folder and then I install using clean pack installer.

Put the sims2pack on your desktop. Open it with clean installer. DESELECT ALL BUT THE FIRST ITEM LISTED. Install it to downloads. See if it shows up.
