cd vs pccd

Ok, I have Sims 2 and University and those are both in cdrom but, i just received nightlife and open for business and those are pccd, will the pccd still work with my regular cd rom ?

Err .... Those CDs should work on any CD-Rom ...
[Unless in some rare situations]

got it, it didnt work on this computer but it did on another so thanks anyways
