How can I download objects?

Hello everyone,

I just wanna know how do I download all your wonderful objects!

This is what I do to dowload them:

1.I save them in My Documents
2.I extract them to My computer,Local Disk Drive C, Program Files, Maxis, The Sims, Dowloads.

Then I click finish. But when I play the game, They don't show up at all!

PLEASE HELP! I'm dying to download your cool objects!

you dont have to save there, just save at My Documents/EA Games/The Sims 2/Downloads

if they still doesnt show up, load up the game then click that star thingy in options and enable them

jcwordlife is sort of right. What I do is make a folder called "sims downloads" and save them to that (they are either "rar" or "zip" files at this point) then you "extract" the files from the "rar" or "zip" into "My Documents/EA Games/The Sims 2/Downloads". If you havn't used "Body Shop" the "Downloads" folder may not be there so just make one.

Ps. you could just download and instal "Q installer" and it does it all for you.
