My Baby Won't grow up!

My baby won't grow into a toddler. When it's about to grow up, instead of actually growing up, the person holding it and the baby just freezes for a few seconds, and then they start to move again.

Try feeding the baby first, often if the motives are low the age transition will not happen. If this doesn't work, try typing boolprop testingcheatsenabled true into the cheat console, then shift click the baby. There should be an option to 'set to birthday'. Click on that, then click the baby (no shift) and choose 'grow up'. This should help.
