Where do I extract character animation files from for editing/replacing with 3ds max? Please help!
edIT - Have found loads of them in C:\Program Files\EA GAMES\The Sims 2\TSData\Res\Sims3D\Sims00. There are about 10 of these files in that folder this first Sims00 is quite large and has lots of animations.
Using SimPE;
Are there any tutorials on seperating one animation out?
I have extracted one set of animation for the plugin view named "sockiss.pin..." this had three sub aniation files. Using skanyboys .3ds exporter, imported one of these files into max.
In max there was a mesh of a sim face there but no animation in the file.
Also
Tried Simposium and made some poses but was unable to save the libary, despite trying over and over again and reading the instructions carefully.
Stuck, completely :!!:
