I'd like to extract a body mesh from the game, then modifie the mesh with Milkshape, then replace the modified mesh in the game.
Are there tutorials or people willing to advice ?
Thanks

Yes, there are tutorials on that... over in the Body Shop Meshing area of the Create section of this site. Start with one of the beginner tutorials in the Tutorials section - body meshing with Meshtool or Unimesh. Meshtool is for small edits (smaller waist, longer skirt, bigger boobs, etc.) while Unimesh will allow actual removal and/or addition of vertices. Go through the tutorials exactly (remove the dangly thing from the back of the formal dress as the tutorial shows) before you try doing anything else.

Thank you for answering. I've already dl lot of tut on MTS2 about meshing and printed them but I didn't find the info about how extracting a basic body mesh to have it in Milkshape as an obj.
