Option to call sims is missing!

I originally had the option to call sims...then all of a sudden it disappeared! I have not encountered any errors etc. The option just isn't there! I do have the hack for mailbox and alienware computer, but I disabled these with the content manager. I disabled all hacks, and still nothing. It is like the option never existed. Also, I never recieve a call either. Does anyone know what is going on? Thanks for the help! :D

Try it with your downloads folder cut and pasted to the desktop. You probably still have a hack in there which is conflicting.

Thanks. What I found using the content manager was that my hacks were fine, but an object, unhacked as far as I can tell, was the culprit!
