I was messing around with the show business career reward, the plastic surgery. I now have several sims with very interesting faces. I wanted to upload them to the sims exchange, so I followed a useful tutorial and used simPE to export them to body shop. The problem is, their faces are as they were when I created them in CAS- that is, the way they are genetically, with normal faces. How can I preserve the new facial features when the sims are packaged? Is there a way to make the faces genetic? (Of course the faces are mutated, but I think they're cool.)
