Blank Screen

Ever since I first got my game, photo's taken on the sims won't show up. They show as a Black or Blue screen. I tried unistalling it then installing it but it stayed the same. Then I tried making families and the family
"portrait" was the same: black screen or blue screen.
Can someone help? Please?

The first thing I'd try is to remove all Downloads; the next thing would be to update the graphics drivers.
