How can I have my My Documents\EA Games\The Sims 2 folder on more than one HD? After a XP and TS2 reload, my original My Documents\EA Games\The Sims 2 is not being recognized by TS2.

You can't have it on two HDs, but you can certainly move it's location to a different drive:
