unistalled expansion pack need help

I dont know what to do. I let somebody use my computer and they unistalled the family fun pack and its reinstalled now but I was wondering if there is a way I can get my custom content back and my saved games. Somebody just let me know if its possible cus ive been downloading since the sims 2 came out and ive been playing this one game since december so please let me know

If you kept a backup of your savegames and downloads somewhere, then you could restore your backup.

If you had no backup and uninstalled, then the entire contents of your My Documents/EA Games/The Sims 2 folder would be deleted. It's not saved anywhere like the recycle bin... if you don't have a backup those files are gone.
