Custom painting not showing up!(fixed)

I recently made my sim paint a still life of me, he was done so I used buy mode to move it to a place where I wanted it, and as soon as I switch to live mode, it dissapears!

This might sound like a silly question, but do you have the wall up or down? Paintings disappear when then wall goes down.
