Neighbourhood Objects in to residential?

[I]Hi, I'm not sure where this question should go, so i do hope someone could answer this. I learnt via this site how to put residential objects into community lots, but is it possible to put neighbourhood objects into community & residential lots.

Only if you created them as new objects- they are usually on a different scale to the lot objects, anyway. Numenor found some neighbourhood objects that have in-game versions:
