I've only got this one little bit of roof left to do on this house and it's giving me fits >.<
It's a space about two tiles wide and three long. Trying to fill it in with the first roof tool, the one-slope.
k... links to images. (not very size-heavy, around 150k, but are 1280x1024. would change but couldn't figure out how to do it with Paint.)
(a sort of side note - i really wish there was something you could do to auto-change the angle... like with this (http://i68.photobucket.com/albums/i1/glacierflame/one.jpg): in order to get the right orientation, y'hafta make it a tile or two wider than the space - not really a problem here, cuz it fits with the other side, but... would be nicer if there was a key you could press that would change the bit you're placing to another direction)
'K, so I get it fit - but look on the other side of the wall... GRRR~! I don't need roof *in* the bedroom, thank you anyways.(http://i68.photobucket.com/albums/i1/glacierflame/two.jpg)
Changing the walls around doesn't work either - the downslope on that side always goes through the wall.
If anyone out there could lend me some insight...
*sighs*
(not to mention the other problems i've had with the roof of this house... i just *love* the way placing roof will arbitrarily change wall height and/or angle. </sarcasm>)
