Missing Maxis content??

After hours of searching I could find no answers to my issue. I am unable to buy maxix content in buy mode. I can buy the recolors of the content but not the default. I have all the expansion packs and stuff packs. As well as the latest version of CEP. Does anyone know what could possibly be causing this and how I may be able to fix it??

It means that one or more file in your custom content is conflicting with the Maxis items- you could use the Clean installer or the 50/50 method to find the problem file(s):
