How do I check broken downloads?

When I load my game it all works & the first movie clip plays but when it get's to the bit where it actually loads like when all the funny phrases go accross the bottom it finishes that & then it cuts out & goes back to my desktop & there is no evidence that I ever started the game. I recentlt dowmloaded a new mod & I knew the game worked before that however how do I find that particular mod in amongstmy thousands of downloads?

If you have any information on how I get my game running again or how I check which downloads have broken up my game I would appreciate it greatly.

Yeah thats cool Hope it works I know it is a very time-consuming task, but hey it will be good in the end hopefully! Sorry I asked if you had a mac its just that for some reason i thought i was in the mac support forum!!

If you know the date that you downloaded the mod on (or roughly thereabouts) then you can also sort by Date Modified. And if you remember exactly where you got it from, then you can check the download page for the file name and search your Downloads folder for the file.
