Cannot Click On Created Servos

I just purchased OFB a few days ago, and I successfully created a Servo Robot with a Gold Talent Badge in Robotics. I removed the Servo from the workdesk onto the floor using the Hand Tool in Buy Mode, but after going to Live Mode, my Sims cannot click on the Servo. Hovering over the Robot says "No actions available". I've searched Google, but no one seems to be having the same problem I am experiencing. Any help regarding this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

What kind of lot are you on? Servos can only be initiated on residential lots. Furthermore robots are banned from university.
