I buy cellphone but gone after!

My sims will buy a cellphone but afterwards when i try to use it, its gone and doesnt work! why does it keep disappearing?!

never had such a problem, looks like a custom content problem to me. try cleaning up your download folder, especially if you downloaded custom cellphones.

Dami is right. Did you download any custom cellphones? Having more then one in your downloads folder causes problems. Try removing them.

I had this problem with the child enabled cell phone. If you've got that,it's probably the problem. I'm not sure it was a pets compatible mod... silly me
