Help please

when i go to upload my object if it has any cylinder shaped with a flat bottom or top this error mesage comes up and when i move the the little picture my object is cut up! Please tell me what i am doing wrong.

We need more information to help you. Are you following a tutorial, and if so, which one? Which mesh program are you using? What do you mean by "uploading", not uploading to a website, right?

Im sorry, for the lack of info and the long time to respond. I am useing Wings 3d and i get the error mesage when inport to SimPE. over all i figured it out. I wasent tessilateing the flat surfaces.
