Downloading Issue (Not issues with downloads)

I'm getting a 505 Service unavailable error everytime I try to download. I refreshed the page, and it still does that. Or, it'll let me download one, then start with the 505. This doesn't happen on ANY other site, just this one. I can also only download one at a time, where othersites i can download 3 or 4 at a time.

Q-xpress doesn't work, I get an error which I've reported at their site, so now I can't download at all.

You did know that downloads were off-line today, right? I get this error when the site is busy . Did this just start today? I don't use Q-express, so I cannot help you with that.

No, this has been happening for a while. Pretty much whenever I go to download something it does that. I don't know, I've tried using another browser too, and it still does it.
