Ok I need to know how to edit already animations, I know how to make new ones, I just need to know how to edit existing ones, THAN!

You cant export an animation and edit its frames, because there are no tools out that allow you convert .anim to .smd format.

You can't edit frames, you have to make them, look in this forum for a tutorial by me how to make them.
