However, It Did... WHILE I WAS IN THE MIDDLE OF PLAYING Seasons...
What Could Be The Possible Reasons Why This Happened Guys? Whenever I Play the Sims (for better gameplay) I shut off the internet I have this wireless on/off switch on my laptop and shut off my antivirus as well (AVAST!) I have no idea why it happened and it randomly restarted my comp.

Yeah, that can happen. It tends to be more rare on XP but it still comes up now and then.
If there was an actual ERROR message on it, though, you should tell us what it was - the old '98 standard blue screen doesn't really come up - but you will get a blue screen with white writing that has a bit more descriptive error message.
Possible reasons:
1. Something's corrupted either in your game data or user files.
2. You overloaded something and made it go, "Ack!"
3. You've got errors on your hard drive that made it go "Ack!"
Possible fixes:
1. Might just go away on its own and not occur again. Sometimes computers just freak out and you don't figure out why. If this is a single occurrence it may be difficult to pin down the cause.

thank you quite much, it just freaked me out, because I had installed pets yesterday, and nothing really happened (although i went to bed after I installed it) but i did play it for a long time this morning... maybe it was a warning telling me to get off the computer xD

I feel your pain, buddy...When I first purchased a Windows XP laptop, I thought that it was gone forevermore as well--and then, a year later, I tried to install a game, and there it comes, popping out at me! :faceslap: Although it doesn't show up as often (thank goodness) it will show up occasionally, though I've never gotten a BSOD since then. Hopefully the new Windows Vista is rid of the BSOD...hopefully it will have something prettier, like a shiny window that has 'ERROR' on it in big red letters...But I mustn't get ahead of myself! :p
