cheat to fill the influence meter

There are lots of hacks out there to accomplish this. Here's one http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=30927 hack. There are more if you google it. :)

boolprop testingcheatsenabled true
then shift click the sim, more..., debug, add influence points

If you do as ramrom suggests make sure you turn testingcheats back off by typing the same thing but changing the last bit to false. Veerry bad things can happen if you leave it on.
