Pet Career Tutorial

I would like to write a tutorial for making a pet career since there isn't one currently and it can't be done with the career editor in SimPE. How would I go about uploading it?

I think (but one of the Modding Discussion moderators would have to clarify this) that you'd just post the tutorial in the general modding discussion (http://www.modthesims2.com/forumdisplay.php?f=8) forum and then they'll move it to the Careers tutorials.
