How to install packed sim, witch needs expansion pack? (version 1.5.1.4)

First, sorry my english, hope you could still understand my problem.

So, problem was actually in title. I read the manual that was on clean installers homepage, but my version is quite different looking, and i can't find place where install .sims2pack.

How does it work?

Edit: Oh, i found the way how to install (and the right looking program), but when i clicked install, clean installer installed only my downloaded items, not the sim!

I'm sorry I can't really help you with your problem.
I habe a problem myself...
as I haven't found out yet how to create a new thread, I will post it here.

I have tried to install lots ans sims with my Sims2PackCleanInstaller, but the installed files just do not appear in the game.
I browsed the files and clicked "install". The programme said "Files successfully installed", but I can't see the files when playing the game!
What has gone wrong?
I have already succeeded in intalling furniture, but the lots and the sims just won't work.
What can I do?

I really don't know what I'm doing wrong. I'm sure I tried to start the game about 15 times today but the contents just won't show up. I keep trying and I think I'm following the orders of all the articles but it won't work. :(
