Blind Walking Stick-Is it possible to make these animations?

I am making a story for TS2 about a blind girl, and as probably most of you know that blind people need that walking stick/cane. Is it possible just to make the animation of the arm holding the stick? Thanks.

I'm no expert at modding but I'd imagine it is possible. However, if it's just for a story you might as well just use a paint program such as GIMP or Photoshop to add the white cane to pics.
