HARD DISC-SAMSUNG 80GB SATA 2 7200
GRAPHIC CARD-MSI ATI RADEON 2600XT DD3 :!: :here: Well,game crashes,and I'm receiving error about :!: ATI2DVAG.DLL :!: I'm desperate,because I bought these hardver components yesterday!!!!It's all new,there are no viruses,in dxdiag everything working properly.
Yes,I've done update for ati,and installed the newest catalist center,and new driver for card,and still have problem.I've tried everything from amd/ati site-not work.
My previous card was radeon too,but 9550,AND I DIDN'T HAVE ANY PROBLEMS,because I've decided to buy the same brand.I've played sims2 without any problems with my previous card.Have all EP,expect H&M.
I don't think that the problem is graphic card or driver.I have WINDOWS XP.It's working,of course.
My question is-DOES ANYONE KNOW SOMETHING ABOUT ATI2DVAG.DLL file?And can anyone,please tell what I need to do to fix this problem?Appreciate any help :cry: And thank you very much!!!

I have no idea, but a quick search on google found this (http://www.hardwareanalysis.com/content/topic/31775/) which is having the exact same issue as you. I would start there and then keep googling. Or you could try the Computer Hardware and Software (http://forums.sims2community.com/forumdisplay.php?f=8) forum at S2C. There are a lot of people with excellent computer knowledge that hang out there. I've had help from them myself. :D

But, this forum is more for specifically game related issues. Good luck! :)
