My sims have 3d nipples

I dont know how this happened but tonight i saw my sims have 3d nipples how do i get rid of this i was using maxis skins and maxis clothes

You may have downloaded a "full sim" with a skin that was made "default"

I tested all my skins and they all have it pleeeease help!!!

Have you downloaded any "full sims?" Remove your downloads folder to the desktop and try the game without your downloads.
