Hi there,

I wanna change the TV programs, but do my videos need to be in any special format? I mean... .mov, mpeg or something? Or can i put any type? (omg, srry 4 my english, i'm a bit sleepy today...)

IIRC, whenever you record in-game, TS2 saves these video captures in .avi format, so that should be the recommended format. Just make sure your computer has the codec for it...

If you want to use own videos (no videos from the game) they have to be in avi format. I think you can find the exact description in one of the manuals (actually from the base game) about what type of video to use and how it has to be.
