Intro:
I don't know why this is, but up until recently my game has really been pretty screwy. At first the game froze and crashed when I got to the loading neighborhood screen. Well I ended up fixing that by deleting some of my CC and reinstalling the game. That problem with the loading has finally been solved, the game runs normally with one exception.
After getting the game fixed, (And this may still have been a problem with the game was not working, because when I loaded bodyshop this occured). It's really bugging me because in CAS, bodyshop and some of the in-game poses, don't come out correctly. (Idle poses such as the ones in JD's photobooth pose hack).
Problem:
For whatever reason my Sim will appear invisible at first when I'm in CAS.

I have to load a premade Sim from bodyshop to finally get the Sim to appear, but when I do so their arms are up in air like helicopter or a windmill. It does the same thing in bodyshop as well with the arms up like that (they don't disappear though); I can't even get the arms down when I push one of those F buttons. Also the Sims in CAS remain static and do not move at all, even when you pick the different personalities.

Then when I'm finished and save the Sim, when I reach the other room with the backdrop, there are no Sims appearing there at all. They remain invisible.
When I go to make another Sim, the previous Sims gets blacked out and stays there. While the new one appears over it in place. When I got back to amke a new Sim it blacks out and then it sorta forms this totem poles almost. It gets even more funny and messed up when you make a handful of Sims all different ages.

I have no clue what could be causing it. I keep thinking it's bad custom content, but I cleaned out a lot of things and took out any un-necessary hacks. I reinstalled previously and that didn't seem to be an issue either. I didn't install any new hacks recently either and when my game did work I did not have this problem.
Some sorta glitch is affecting all the idle CAS/bodyshop poses. Even the icons of the Sims or on the family loading screen have the arms up in the arm like a helicopter.

The card itself doesn't really seem to be an issue. I've been playing it in the past with no problems this seems like more of a game issue than the graphics itself.
Sidenote (Another Issue):
For whatever reason also Glamorous Lounge (http://www.glamorouslounge.net) meshes appear corrupt in my game. As you can see in the CAS screen (look at the other outfits), the meshes appear disproportional and also very edgey. They appear spikey especially at the left leg. The neck is often twisted and so is the left ankle. I don't know why that is. Someone said it might be my card, but this site I have problems with meshes. It sucks sucks too because a lot of sites are skinning on their meshes.
