Trouble again...

Hello. I was wondering if anyone could explain my problem to me. Ever since I have bought and installed Bon Voyage, there's been a problem. Not only does it happen on vacation, but it happens when my sim is at a store almost 5 feet away from them. When I click on the phone (the big ones outside of stores), my sim suddenly disappears from the menu like i made her/him unselectable. Once that happens, I have no choice but to exit to the neighborhood, then go back to their house, and do it again. Normally though, I can click on the sim and click call taxi from their cellphones and they go home, but this particular sim doesn't own a cell phone. Does anyone know why clicking on the phone makes the sims disappear from the side?? I don't have any major hacks, just downloads of objects like clothes, and hair, etc. :!:

Yes, it's probably due to custom content. Did you do the Game Problems FAQ? At the very least test the game without your downloads folder. If the problem stops you know exactly where the problem lies. Either way, you need to do the FAQ you're supposed to prior to posting.
