Free Time: teach nursery rhyme?

According to page 78 of the Prima Game Guide, Free Time gives the option to teach a nursery rhyme to a toddler. The teacher can be anyone age child to elder. The guide doesn't list any specific requirements such as relationship score. In fact, it says the option should always be available on a toddler who hasn't already learned a nursery rhyme.

Well, I don't have the option on my toddlers! I must be missing something. These are toddlers who already existed as toddlers before I installed Free Time. The toddlers have already learned to talk, walk, and use the potty and the combinations I have tried are child to toddler and adult to toddler.

Thank you but I have already done all of this. I still do not have the option to teach nursery rhyme. I should also mention I have removed all custom content/hacks from my game. The folder is physically not part of my EA Games folder. In addition, the option to activate custom content in the game is turned OFF.

Yep, I sure did. The option still isn't there.

Someone suggested to me that maybe studying parenting is required. But according to the guide anyone age child thru elder can be the teacher, so parenting skills wouldn't make sense. Children can't study parenting!

I've used this interaction with no problems what so ever using adults and toddlers. There is a possibility that the guide is wrong. They have been wrong numerous times in the past, as it is written before the game is released.
