jewerly-section not avaible in CAS!

hey guys, first, my english is not the best but i am trying to explain you my problem.

so.. when im creating a new sim in CAS, eg an adult female, there in step 4 the jewerly-section that came with bon voyage, is grey like the beards for females :(
in every age and gender this problem appears.

also, when im triying to buy some new jewerly in the city, i can do it, but there appears nothing :(

it looks a bit like i have deleted per accident the jewerly or something ..
i patched my game already, i took the ea-games-directory out of my data (ehw, you know what i mean), but the problem still exists :/

i only put some downloads in, then it happened .. but i took them alreay out, nothing ahppened, i took all out, the saved sims, nothing happens!

i couldnt find in any forum a topic like this, so i hope, maybe you can help me.

If you tried with a clean Sims 2 folder in your Documents folder but that did not work, then my next suggestion would be to reinstall Bon Voyage. It is possible that some system files could have become damaged. Also, make sure you test the game without any mods/ fixes that require files to be put in the Program Files folder.

okay, i deinstalled and reinstalled bon voyage (i didnt even knew before that you can deinstall an addon seperatly! i thought i have to install all the 'crap' again ..), put my ea games-directory in, patched it, and it works fine, thank you :)
