Ok so I've got my little family who are all gogrgous. Sadly I didnt have any custom eyes when I created them and we are now moving onto the next generation and Ive downloaded some lovely eyes. How do I change them in game?
I have InSimMentor (think thats what its called) and Ive fiddled with a few of the options such as, 'face lift' but that only allows me to change scructure. How do I change the actual eyes?
Any help would be good. Thanks. X

SimPE allows you to change sim genetics and appearance. However, use caution, make backups before you do this! (I borked my game doing this very thing.) In the Tools menu, choose Neighborhood Browser, pick your neighborhood, then choose Sim Browser. Here, when you pick a sim, you can change their DNA and appearance. If you do Sim Surgery, you can copy all or part of the appearance of one sim to another sim, but you need to make a new archetype sim first to copy from, unless you have one in game you want to copy from. I'm still looking for a better tool to do stuff like this. I've tried TS2Enhancer, but you have to pay for that, and it has never worked for me with custom content, only Maxis genetics. Hope this helps.

Thank you, but this seems so complicated. Is there no other way? I mean we can basicly change all aspects with out SimPE why not eyes? Surely there is some other option, like a downloadable mirror that allowes you to do this.

I've never seen one. You might check InSim or MATY or some other site, I'm mostly familiar with MTS2.
