Collection categorizer

I didn't know where to post this so if this is the wrong place please move it to the right place. Is there a tool or mod that will categorize the maxis collections because I'm fed up that everthing is not in order. I know you can do it manually but I'm just to lazy for that and I don't know anymore which collection if from which game. Maxis made a mess of it after Sims 2 Pets (I think :p) Thank you for your help

I'm not sure I follow what you mean- if you hover over the Maxis collections with your mouse there is a little pop up tooltip saying 'Sims 2 Nightlife' or somesuch.

No, the name of the collection will pop-up not the game it's from.

Some of the collections are named 'Sims 2 Nightlife' (that one, for example, contains everything that came with NL) and others are named by style as in 'Atomic' (the Pets Atomic Collection). If you wish to rename these or make new collections you'll have to do it manually- either in game or using a program like JFade's Collection Creator:

Never mind, I already solved my problem. Just sorted the collections manually with the help of friend.
