Sims2Package Uninstalling downloaded content

Hey,

I have a problem that might be veryyy easy to solve.
Some of my downloads are .sims2package files.. I've installed them by double clicking, which works perfectly. Now the problem is that my game's gotten really slow, n now i want to delete some of these downloaded files.. Somehow I cant seem to find them in the downloads folder, so how do i install some of these files??

I have MACOSX with leopard installed, (dont think that has anything to do with it though:P)
