Game paused, no options bar

I have no idea what happened but I left my game minimized last night and when I got on this morning, my game is paused and there are no options bars showing. When I move the mouse, it just rotates to show different views of the neighborhood. I saw below someone asked about the option bar missing and I tried F10...nothing happened. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try the tab key.

I'd suggest not leaving the game paused overnight - it'll start to slow down significantly. As for fixing that, try hitting Tab, or mashing your mouse buttons.

I tried everything and finally just quit and went back in and it's fine now. Thanks for the replys.

And also the sims might escape from your computer and set up a colony behind your refrigerator. It can happen!
