Baby wont age- mom unhappy

So there is a similar post BUT its for BonVoyage (which i have the general) AND the suggestion didnt work. My sim had twins, a boy and girl. Well on their birthday the girl aged but the boy didnt. Since then, the mom keeps going to the baby to "help with birthday" but the baby wont age. The mom wont do anything else she just keeps going back to the baby. I bought a cake and brought the baby to the cake and still nothing. Mom is very unhappy cause she has no sleep. PLEASE HELP! :o)

http://www.simlogical.com/sl/Sims2Pages/Sims2_Aging.htm When I've encountered that problem, I've pulled out Inge's age up cake. That should do the trick. Let us know if it works.

I appreciate your response. Now... this might sound like a really stupid question but I am completely new to the Sims World.

How do you get it into the program once downloaded? I saved it but dont know what to do from there. Sorry like i said, VERY new.

Drop it into your Downloads folder =)

We have a FAQ here that's linked from every download on the site -- take a look (just go to a random download thread in Buy Mode and click on "Install instructions"), it should cover any problems/questions with downloads you may have.
