View Full Version : I have tried all of the forums, but my witch hat is STILL shiny and I'm really annoyed right now...Please help.

I have about 23 copies of the same hat in my accessory bin! :(
I ahve tried all of the tutorials but when I go to put teh hat on my sim, it's still shiny!
HELP!

It would be much easier to help you if you told us what you've already tried to make the hat not shiny. What did you do to the TXMT? Which tutorials did you look at exactly? Did you read the TXMT discussion thread?

Oh, sorry. I have about 23 copies of the hat in my accessory bin because that's how much I've tried, I used SimPE. I set reflectivity to 9.0 and the spec power to 0.
-le gasp- I just went back into my simPE to find that none of it was saved!
WTH, I did save it.... =/

Not to be pedantic, but are you committing and saving?
Also, maybe you can upload your TXMT or at least post a screenshot of the plug-in view with it open.
It would be easier for people to help if they didn't have to try and guess what's wrong. :report:
