Bypassing mod?! WHEEEERE?!

I once found a mod/hack for movements out of grid here on MTS2. Which means that sims dont stop and yell for me to remove an object in front of their feet, yet they simply bypass them however they feel is best. I'm making a series and it's so frikking annoying.....

I can't find it again, anyone knows what I'm talking about?
