Texture Submissions for Objects

Hope this is the correct place for my question. What is the criteria for submitting textures to Mod the Sims for other creators to use? Have compiled a small library of items and will probably not get to use all of them myself and felt like sharing. Thank you.

It's mainly clothing/fabric textures right now but you could always post other ones there too.
