Cant find specific download...

I can find the neon letters that i have seen in various places and lots, there big and neon.. they can spell out anything and i have seen them in alot of malls and shops in the downloads section, but every link s ether not working or it jus tells you its on MTS2 by someone called avatera but everytime i search that member there's ether Avatera or Avatera (retired) but neither of them have the neon letters, can someone help or just give me a direct link please.
