Changing the Neighbourhood music?

Hey guys :howdy:

Back in the Sims 1 glory days, I used to have the full length Neighbours theme tune playing on my Neighbourhood start up screen (seemed appropriate somehow :laugh: )

I've found the theme again on YouTube (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kIdFzP0TJxc) and have converted it into an MP3 (http://www.vidtomp3.com/) but now I was just wondering is it possible to use custom music in the Neighbourhood screen, and, if yes, how do I change it?

You can change the music everywhere else by putting it in the right folder...
I would see if it is CAS music that plays there. I usually have the music turned off so it will load faster, but I seem to remember it being the same.
