is there cheats in the game to get more customer stars / business perks

and is there a way to get more after you get a level 10 business.

If you start a new business, you will get perks for each level of that one as well. You can eventually get all of them if you run enough businesses.

Customer stars are fairly easy. When a new customer comes in, immediately speak to them. Then while you are talking, raise the relationship to 100/100. Presto! 5 stars!

Other than that I don't know about any in-game cheats, just various hacks. Although boolprop probably has something in there, I don't mess with it.
