puppies/kittens in CAS

Hello all

I feel dumb for asking this but I have looked every where and can work it out

Is it not possible to make puppies and kittens in CAS or if you go to a community lot to buy a pet?? the ony way I seem to get them is adoption and I know theres breeding but Id prefer the pets to grow up with the families.

No, you can't make them in CAP or adopt them from a community lot. You need to breed them or adopt via phone

well aint that the dumbest thing the adoption pets are fugly lol, now there all getting make-overs
