What did you do with Titania, Oberon, Romeo, Juliet, and the rest? Tell us every little detail of what happened with the Maxis premade characters in Veronaville in your game.

Aw, empty thread :(
I recently (this morning :p) started discovering Veronaville. There are a few things I found out: -I hate the houses there, and oh my Maxis decorated them so badly! Really hideous. I mean, Morrocon theme in an Italian family? Star-carpet in the livingroom?
-The family trees are extremely complicated. Seems like they've put more work in the dead people than they did in the living ones.
-I discoverd that there's a woman in one of the family trees who is called Calpurnia. I read about her in class (Latin). She was married to the writer Plinius (not in game of course). There's also a couple Cleopatra & Anthony. And a Julius Caesar.
What I did:
Aged all the teens up (Puck, Romeo, Juliette, Hermia, Mercutio & Tybalt) Btw, where's Benvolio?
Aged Buttom up to teen and killed off Con-something (grandpa of Juliette, Hermia & Tybalt)
Gave some of them make-overs. Destroyed ugly furniture in the Capp's house.
I think this could get interesting but there's some work to be done.
I wonder why nobody really likes Veronaville...

Turned Romeo into a vampire, sent him to uni, then it played the movie, the one you see when they go to uni, then straight after the movie he screamed and died....

I love Veronaville. Biscuit, your naughty, lol.
Boy, I've done so many things there, do you have a year? Me either...
Here's a quickie:
Broke up Oberon and Titania, she is married to Consort, and pregnant. Bottoms is a teen, going with Romeo. I changed most of their aspirations, maxed out all of skills and careers. Gave them pixie skintones, cutom hair, clothes, etc..
Grew up Puck, and created a CAS female for him, they have a daughter named Sprite Summerdream.
I just moved Oberon to a custom lot. He is having an afair with Puck's CAS wife (me bad). I made him pregnant from her via Insinator.
Reserected (sp?) all the Tricou's from Gothier Green Lawns. Completely maxed them out like the others.
And I've done this everytime I needed to reset the Veronaville 'hood. In slightly different ways. The other 'hoods drive buggy, and bore me...

Romeo and Juliet moved out of their houses, got married. They mow live in a cheap house with 8 kids (2 toddler, 1 child, 5 teens) One of the teens had twins (inteeninator) Romeo is jobless. Finally Juliet has had affairs with the maid. (The 2 toddlers aren't Romeo's)

Veronaville's the only neighborhood I play. :)
Anyways, the only thing I've done with the Veronaville characters is smack Consort around. That guy's a jerk.

Not really a big fan of this neighborhood. Too many interconnected people and not enough interesting story. The only ones I've really been tempted to do much with are Bianca Monty and the Capp she's supposed to be backstory attracted to. The buildings are great. But the characters outside the Sim bin? Eh.

Consort: Died of old age, and left the house to Juliet.
Hermia and Puck: Moved out and got married. They have a daughter. I re-named Puck - he is now called Puckling.
Tybalt: Moved him into his own house, but he is still single.
Romeo and Juliet: Juliet stayed in her family home, and Romeo moved in and they got married. I changed Romeo's aspiration to family, and they have a son - Prosper, although I think one of them is having an affair (haven't played them for a while.)
Bianca Monty and Kent Capp: They got married and had a daughter: Blanche. However while Bianca was at work (and pregnant) I found that Kent was in love with Titania somehow (O_o) so of course he wanted to invite her over. Bianca, now with a bump when got home from work, caught them and broke up with Kent. Bianca gave birth to a son, Claudio. She then married one of my own Sims named Kendall Gabinia, whose wife he also caught cheating so they seemed right for each other. They haven't had children together yet, but they will do. As Bianca and Kent's daughter Blanche isn't as beautiful as I thought their children would be.
Antonio and Beatrice and Benedict: Moved them into a house and got them a dog. Nothing happened with them really.
Mercutio: Continued to live with his mother to care for her after her husband died, and when she died he (obviously) inherited the house. He married Felicia, a NPC Sim, who looks stuck-up enough to be his wife. They had a son, and then shortly after triplets - two girls and one boy.
Oberon and Titania: Titania was caught cheating on Oberon after they got married, (I can't remember who she cheated with, but it might be Antonio or w/e) in front of Bottom, (who I re-named Arlene, I hated her name) and Oberon broke up with her. I am planning for him to marry a Sim I'm going to create for him.
The Smith's: I moved Johnny and Ophelia here. They have had 3 children - Cosmo, Kalila and Gabriella. And live in one of the Veronaville mansions. However, I'm planning for Johnny, Opehlia and Gabriella (their other children are too settled to move) to move back to Strangetown to spend their golden years, and also for Johnny to discover that his sister Jill has married his arch-enemy, Tank, and had children together.
Cosmo: Married the ex-wife of Kendall Gabinia, and her and her teenage daughter she had with Kendall moved in with him. Cosmo and Tamara are now raising dogs and selling them to make money, and Tamara's teenage daughter I might actually marry to Oberon when she's older, as part of a plan Tamara has to make more money.
Kalila - Married an NPC Sim, and had a daughter - Venus. However, her husband cheated on her not long after Venus was born and he married a Sim who is very high up in the Crime career, and Kalila, as part of a story, is going to 'blow her cover' as an honest accountant, and ruin her life, to get her husband back.
Gabriella: Still a toddler, but I'm planning for her to have a bad childhood and end up like Nina or Dina. Just to shake things up.
I think thats it o.O The only family I've really played with on here and liked was Bianca and Kent.
I'm also thinking of making Veronaville more medeval, and dressing them all in medeval outfits. I especially like the upper-class outfits. I can't seem to find many medeval outfits for men. And I struggle when it comes to outfits for the poor ones, especially.

An Influx of new sims happened....
Bianca is now happily married with two children a boy and girl married to one of my sims.
Antonio in a strange twist moved in with Kent and they have an adopted son.
Cornwall and Regan got severe Make-overs, new names and run the furniture store.
Patritzio died. Leaving Isabella an unmourning widow.
Mecutio went off to college.
Goneril found a place of her own, got into the army and her family is swimming along nicely.
Titania and Oberons house is too big and takes too long to play for me to bother with really but Puck met Miranda Capp.
Finally Consort and Isabella have seperately been shelling out parts of their fortune.... Consort has had his wife returned to him whilst Isabella opted for the return of her son and daughter-in-law.
Veronaville Rocks!!!!!! :)

I haven't played Veronaville in ages, but Puck Summerdream married one of my Sims, and their son Friday befriended and adopted all the wolves in the neighborhood. Friday's children Lycantha, Wolverine (lol I know) and Elysian were all raised with the wolves...a social experiment that went nowhere eventually, but it was a ton of work at the time. This was before I knew all the pet cheats lol.
Hermia: died from me accidentally misusing that energizing machine.
Juliette: dated Mercutio until he cheated on her with...just about everyone. She and Tybalt share a house, and I didn't play with either of them much.
Consort: I gave him the death token when he beat up one of my Sims for looking through the telescope (they'd had a few run-ins before)
Titania and Oberon, madly in love, had 3 more kids. Bottom was still living with them as a teen with a pink mohawk the last time I played.
That's all I remember...I should play that neighborhood again :)

Firstly I did a makeover on all the sims to make them more Shakespearean (Is that a word? )
Romeo and Juliet (changed her name, its the one I was taught at school) eloped to Downtown, have a son called Othello and another child on the way.
Patrizio and Isabella Monty are still alive. Mercutio is dating a townie, Beatrice is dating the teen from the Ottomas family (dont think I'll marry them though) and Benedick isn't having much luck with women.
Oberon and Titania Summerdream had triplets called, Clarinda, Damon and Moonblossom. I later killed of Titania and Oberon married Bianca Monty who is now pregnant. Puck and Bottom arent too keen on her. Puck is still with Hermia Capp and Bottom is dating her cousin Hal Capp so it looks like the Summerdreams are going to split and take sides in the Capp vs Monty feud.
Tybalt has married a Townie and Miranda is married to Chester Gieke. They have a son who is still a baby. I doubt he will look good as a toddler. Miranda isn't very faithfull and there's a good chance her next baby wont be Chester's. Cornwall and Regan Capp have the most unhappy marriage I've ever seen and Kent is dating Florence Delarosa.

Not a very popular 'hood, but you can make it interesting. I've just started to reply Veronaville again. Way back I had made a few characters for a Harry Potter story I was writing, got bored, left and after a long absence and new EPs I came back, hence why for those of you of HP-fandom may recognize some names (or last names in the very least)
Capps: Consort remarried. Lucky sim was Salena MacFusty (daughter of Maxis-made sim and original sim). They have one daughter names Hecuba, currently. Haven't done much with his grandkids. Hermia has gone to college, Tybalt decided to take his father's last name (Gale) and Juliet is still pining after Romeo. I do plan to marry Tybalt off to one of my original sims, however. Miranda married another MacFusty, this time Darius, Salena's older brother. They have one daughter; Rosalyn. Albany changed Hal's lastname back to Norman.
Montys: I've been focusing on the Capps and my own original sims so haven't done much with them. Though Mercutio is dating one of my original sims, Carrie Graves (she comes from a rich family so the Monty elders approve), and he did get into a fight at the Summerdream party (the one that starts when you enter the lot for the first time) and lost to Tybalt. Cops came and broke the party up.
Summerdreams: Oberon and Tatiana finally got married (at that very same party Tybalt and Mercutio fought). Puck followed Hermia off to college. And that that for them.
The families in the bin I haven't really touched, save Miranda and changed a few last names.
I have two main original families in my 'hood who will eventually marry into both the Monty and Capps and eventually cause them to unite (at least marriage wise). That's the MacFusty's (semi-matriartical family in that the last name is passed from Eldest daughter to eldest daughter), current Matriarch is Isolde MacFusty she's had 8 children, 6 of whom are from her husband Kenneth MacFusty (took his wife's name). Her eldest child is Adhara (daughter of Sirius Black, like I said, started off as a makeshift HP 'hood) she's married to a townie named Remington who just can't seem to produce children with her. So she has gone to a "fertility clinic" (i.e. InSIMenator) and has had three boys (a set of twins and a new baby) by Harry Potter. I'm thinking of just killing Remington off and finding her a new hubby. Then came Darius (Kenneth's first child), then Salena (maid Steven Dallas' daughter), then the rest by Kenneth: Elaine (married to townie Amar Larrea, one child: Kenneth Larrea), Elizabeth (engaged to Victor Krum), Maeve, Sarah, and Jonathan.
Wow that was long.
Next is my new family, the Graves. Not Greaves like a few townies' last names. There is Walter, recently widowed (wife Martha just passed). Then his two sons: Harris, married to Anne Marie with four children 3 girls (Carrie, Atrina, and Capri) and one son (Sean). Capri and Sean are twin, Capri being the elder twin. Then second son is Carter, married to Chelle with currently on son: Joel.
May plan is to do a legacy type thing with them. Just see how far I can go and keep track of the pedigree's. So when I update this they be more mentioning of them in the Capp's, Monty's, and Summerdream's.

Veronaville?
Let me think...
Oh yeah!
Oberon Summerdream broke up with Titania and got married to Bianca Monty, they had a daughter i called Fah-Zhai. Bianca grew up to an Elder, and Oberon (still an adult) left her for a hot townie.
The townie was called Tina i think and together they had 3 sets of twins, Fah-Zhai continued to live with Oberon and Tina. Bianca died :(
Tina and Oberon's children all grew up to teens, and Fah-Zhai moved out, got married to a townie or something and has had 3 children far. Then Oberon died and left poor Tina with 9 children or something. Happy Days
I named all the children after relatives, they are called names like Sprite, Shock, Zephyretta, Momentilla and Pistol. Random!

I think Veronaville is a little boring but thats only because of the lack of real story. The Romeo and Juliet story can only go two ways you can either stick to the story and kill them or keep them alive. I gave the whole neighbourhood a makeover and changed everyone to wear regency type clothes (though i no ro and ju wasnt set in that time) makes me laugh seeing romeo in a pair of breeches. I swear that romeo is a bit gay seriously he swaggers about a bit to much.
Capp Family- I gave the house a redecoration because it needed it. I then gave the sims makeovers i changed juliet hair to brown and keep Hermia hair red but its now a dark red and changed Tybalt to have black hair. I then followed the Romeo and Juliet storyline by having Tybalt fight with Mercutio and kills him (well he doesnt really kill him because obvs sims cant but i mean him die of fright so it was the shock of the fight that killed him but it still Tybalts fault). Romeo then got really mad at Tybalt and they had a fight Ro won and Tybalt died (like the real story) I then aged Ro, Ju and Herm up to adults and killed off grandad Capp because he is annoying. So atm Romeo and Juliet are living Happily together in a small house.
Monty- I also gave this house a makeover but i didnt bother with the sims in it because i was going to kill off grandad and grandma Monty anyway. So Romeo inherited the whole house and lots of money (which please Juliet) but the house was to big so he sold it.

The Romeo and Juliet story can only go two ways you can either stick to the story and kill them or keep them alive.
Actually, it can go three ways. You can kill them, keep them alive, or make Juliet a lesbian and let her run off with the paper girl while Romeo parties his grief away at Sim State uni.
Which is what I did.

Well seeing as we're talking about Romeo and Juliet, this is what happened on my game. I turned Romeo into a family Sim, just so you know.
Romeo and Juliet got married. Then they had a son, Prosper, and then Juliet got pregnant again. Romeo then went and had an affair with Titania Summerdream, and Oberon caught them and split up with Titania, but did not tell Juliet about it because they were enemies somehow. (I never controlled Romeo and Titania to fall in love, so they just did it themselves. Must have been fate!).
So then Romeo continued to see Titania when she moved out into a house of her own. Titania got pregnant by Romeo with a daughter, Roselyn. Now Titania had to manage Roselyn and her adopted daughter, Tara by herself, leaving Romeo guilty. But Juliet caught him in bed with Titania, so she broke up with him and banished him from the Capp Manor. Now Romeo and Titania are happily married with their kid and Titania's adopted daughter, and Juliet attended the wedding happily enough. I'm planning for Juliet to rebound onto Oberon to spite Titania, or maybe make her a new husband in CAS.

Romeo and Juliette got married, had a daughter called Dream who is now an adult married with a son Tristan. Then they adopted their cousin or newphew (forget which) Count who is now a teen, after i accidently killed his whole family, they were a bunch or jerks. They also adopted a random child Kenya now also a teen, so Count wouldn't be alone. (Incidently Count and Kenya are now worst enemies and hate each others guts :handbag: )
Miranda (now a elder) married Mercutio i think (he's dead now), had two sons both teens Marlin and Miki all three have jobs and a veg garden to struggle to make a living.
Puck married Hermia and had three children Callum, Marzipan (teens) and Sherbert (child)
Tybalt got married to the cat lady Tara or something that came with pets They had a daughter Gail who is now an adult and married to Keith who she met at uni, they have a toddler daughter Abbigail and another baby on the way. Tybalt and Tara also have two twin teen girls Gabby and Georgina
Desdomona married and has a child daughter Echidna.
Ariel married Cyd and had a little toddler boy Nix.

Patrizio and ..his wife: died of old age. His wife married one of my Sims and gave him the Monty fortune. Later Juliet would marry this same sim and give him the Capp fortune. :-D
Consort: died in a fire while Tybalt and the others were still teenagers.
Hermia: lived with a friend for a while, but eventually married Mercutio and had twins.
Tybalt: died in a fire.
Romeo: got into organized crime with Mercutio. Romeo married Regan Capp, but left her when she found out he had gotten their maid pregnant. Their maid had the baby but refused to let Romeo see her until the child was a teenager. By that point Romeo and Juliet were married and raised the daughter (Erica) along with one of Juliet's kids
Juliet: got the Capp money, but gave it to one of my Sims when she married him. He was an old guy, and after producing two children that looked like warthogs, she decided to start looking for better genes. She moved out, had several more children by other Sims, and evetually married Romeo. They raised her children together. Juliet is obsessed with Mercutio, though.
Bianca Monty: married a townie (Jonathan something; he took her last name and became mayor) and had three children.
Cornwall: drowned in a pool accident. Well, not really. But he did die in the pool.
Regan: married Romeo, had a kid, was left by Romeo for his maid, married Titania Summerdream.
Kent Capp: turned into a crazy old man who was obsessed with aliens.
Antonio and Beatrice and Benedict: Antonio and Beatrice died in a fire. Benedict was scared to death by his sister.
Mercutio: he and Romeo ran the town's criminal enterprises together. Mercutio married Hermia. Mercutio and Juliet are obsessed with one another, but they can't do anything romantic on account of their married relatives.
Oberon and Titania: Oberon was ignored. Titania married Regan Capp after Regan and Romeo divorced.
============='
While it seems I had it out for these two families, I really didn't. The only person I killed on purpose was Cornwall. The rest happened by accident.

I've had to uninstall my game so this is the 3rd time I've played Veronaville, and probably have to uninstall it AGAIN (long story) but this is what happened in my Veronaville in my current game.
I moved Bianca Capp into one of the bigger houses under $20,000 and then moved Kent Monty (I think I got their surnames the right way around) and his sister and her husband into a house fairly far away.
Kent; As you know in the family bin he's living with his sister and her husband. His brother-in-law started arguing and shoving him (I had free will on) so I got Kent to attack him. Kent's sister was in the house unaware of what was going on, and Kent won the fight. He then moved out back into the family bin, and then moved in with Bianca (so they now had $40,000!).
Bianca and Kent; After Kent moved in, they moved back out into a bigger house and re-decorated it beyond recognition. They then got engaged, and threw a wedding party; inviting only the Summerdreams, which, I thought, would mean there would be no fights.
While Bianca was getting ready for the wedding, Titania went over and flirted with Kent while I wasn't looking (before I could cancel it) and thus, Kent now fancied Titania, and Titania also now fancied him. Unfortunatly, Titania's husband, Oberon, saw this flirting and slapped Titania. So now Oberon and Titania's own marriages are in trouble.
Deciding it couldn't get any worse, I let the marriage go ahead. Kent kissed the bride (Bianca), and then, there was trouble. Titania ran over and slapped Kent, because as I mentioned above; Titania was in love with him after one flirt.
Now it gets confusing. Bianca attacked Titania, Oberon then attacked Titania cause he still hated her, while Bianca and Kent were making out - completely oblivious to the carnage. Sigh.

I'm playing a combined hood so my veronaville characters have been mixed up with other Eaxis sims. Here's what i've doen so far with the Capp families:
Consort is dead. Juliet, Tybalt and Hermia are now all adults. Juliet has opened a flower shop and hopes to settle down with Mr Right (not sure who yet, probably not Romeo, as thats too obvious). Hermia is living in the countryside in an artsy little cottage. She's a poet (well, a novelist really) and prefers a solitary lifestyle with her cat Horatio. Tybalt's fate has been somewhat different. He's a werewolf (my very first!) and is now Bella Goth's manservant (Bella is a vamp living in an ancient castle. Cue new vamp legacy!)
As for the other Capps, Goneril and her husband tragically died so Uncle Kent moved in to look after the kids. Miranda is currently going steady with Beau Broke. I'm not surewhat to do with the other Capp household (husband and wife) any suggeastions? They definately won't be breeding, as my game can't handle the fugliness of their cheekbones.

All of the teens - Romeo, Juliette, Hermia, Tybalt, Mercutio and Puck - have all just been sent to college. They're all staying in the same dorm. I foresee another highly entertaining college experience. :D
Aside from that though, nothing; I've only just started getting interested in the Maxis neighborhoods and poking around in them. After Tybalt started FOUR fights just while I was checking out the families, I decided I absolutely had to do something with him, thus he's in college with his enemies now. We'll see who all makes it out alive... probably not Juliette, she doesn't interest me. She may need to die tragically at some point.

Consort's dead. Juliet broke up with Romeo after she caught him cheating with a cheerleader. Now she's married to a townie. Tybalt is engaged to Allegra from Uni and expecting their first child. Kent is single and they're all living in a new mansion for now. Goneril's family is very happy. I have an idea of having Hal ,a teen, form a crush on Fae Summerdream's bf.
Oberon and Titania had a daughter named Fae. When he passed away she started to date Kent Capp. The girls live in the house with her. I renamed Bottom to Breena, who has a son,Brevin, from a CAS sim and just got dumped by Benedict Monty. Fae is a teen dating a CAS teen. I renamed Puck to Percy and married Hermia after college. They just had their first kid, Curan.
Bianca just had twins ,CJ and Marianna, by her husband Castor Nova from UNI. The rest of the Montys are living together in the Monty Ranch. Beatrice has a daughter, Isabella, by Breena's son's father.
I had Regan divorce Cornwall, and marry Trevor Dillon, the newly single dad of a CAS family. They have one child Cevan. Her stepson Tim is Fae Summerdream's bf.
The other family I have are the Merricks. The mom Dana left Trevor for single dad Dmitri. His son's Gavin and Carter adore her. They just had their first child together. Gavin is Breena and Beatrice's baby daddy.

I love Veronaville; I think that its one of the best-looking neighbourhoods and I can never be bothered to make my custom 'hoods that nice.
As I've recently uninstalled then installed my game I haven't got very far, and so obviously I have started again since my last post.
Bianca & Kent: After a fight between him and his brother-in-law, Kent moved out while his sister and in-law were at work and moved in with Bianca. They got married in secret, with only the Summerdreams present; although it turns out Titania was in love with Kent, so she slapped him when he kissed Bianca. Kent and Titania have since made up and are now just good friends.
They then had several children after moving into a decent-size house; Cleopatra, Anastasia, and the twins Elizabeth and Hermione. Bianca has the LTW to marry off 6 kids so I'm trying to fulfill that.
A short time after Cleopatra's birth and half-way through her pregnancy with Anastasia, Bianca invited her parents round to visit. Both her mother and her father attacked Kent - one after the other - thus, she has had no contact with them since that happened.
Titania & Oberon; After being unable to snare Kent as her lover before Bianca did as her husband, Titania has decided to have an affair. Haven't decided who with yet. But maybe she might seduce Kent anyway. In my previous game she had Romeo's children and then married him after her 2nd kid by him was born.

I can't get into any of the families but I love the neighborhood. I recently installed a merged hood, all Maxis Made neighborhoods are together. Pleasantview is the main one and everything else has been tagged on as a shopping district.
So for Veronaville I deleted all families and will just move in other Sims there.

That is, once I get around to playing it. It keeps telling me No.

I haven't played Veronaville in forever but this is what I did:
Summerdream- Titania & Oberon got hitched.... then they had a baby, Fae. They got bored with eachother and had affairs... Titania & Consort Capp.... Oberon & Bianca Monty-Capp. Puck & Bottom are both teens still. Oberon caught Titania with Consort and they ended their marraige.
Capp- Consort retired and ended up marrying Titania after she & Oberon broke up. Tybalt grew up and married my sim Terri Snyder... They have a daughter named Snyder and are currently expecting again. Juliet caught Romeo cheating on her and soon started hitting on her sister's man...Puck. Hermia and Juliet became enemies when this happend. They are trying to work things out. Juliet grew up and married my sim that i don't remember his name. Hermia is still a teen and still hates her sister. Goneril & Albany are happy sims I guess. They are currently expecting their 5th child. I haven't played them that much. Regan & what's his name adopted a daughter and then had one named Tess. Kent married his good friend Bianca and they adopted a kid then had a little girl named Isabelle.
Monty- Isabella went into depression when her husband died. So she adopted a child named Erin. They are living happily. After Romeo got dumped by Juliet and is still seeing his lover, Hayley, one of my sims. He grew up and he & Hayley got married. They have 4 kids, Jason, Twins: Ava & Alex, and Olivia. Romeo's brother... who's named I can't remember... grew up and married my sim named Katie Bruce. They have 2 boys, Aaron & Caleb. Bianca is married to Kent but having an affair with Oberon. She & Kent have 2 kids. I haven't played the other Monty family.

Consort banged 4 sim children outta one of my much younger created sims, they all turned out really ugly, then he died and someone else took over his job, to get better looking kids ;).
Juliet, Miranda, Hermia and Tybalt all went to uni, graduated and now live together.
Titania married a sim of mine who got her pregnant, then found him sleeping with a man and broke up with him.
That's all I think. I mainly play with my own sims, but I loved veronaville because I like Shakespeare.

Veronaville's the only neighborhood I play. :)
Anyways, the only thing I've done with the Veronaville characters is smack Consort around. That guy's a jerk.
I deleted them all, apart from that Titania Summerdream chick, who my mate made his selfsims wife, and Priya Ramaswami, who we voted was good looking, so she survived the great Holocaust of March 2008 too.
The rest have been replaced by CAS characters.
And I agree Veronaville is awfully bland, I wish I chose one of the other neighbourhoods to build on, but its too late now.
I download 5 residential lots every time I boot the game up and pepper them around the map, so its slowly but surely looking better, but it will take a while.
Even that has taken a backseat now while I concentrate on building up my downtown instead. That area is looking pretty impressive now I must say.

I typically delete them, but since I started playing the Mega Hood, I decided to give it a go and here's what I've got so far:
CAPP
Consort married Denise Jacquet. Juliet and Denise hit it off really well and the duo fished all the time. Juliet and Denise both got heat stroke from being outside for too long. Denise recovered. Juliet died in the kitchen. I tried to get her sister to save her, but Hermia didn't move fast enough since Inteen and ACR made sure that she was knocked up with Puck Summerdream's kid within the first hour of play. Afterwards, Puck and Hermia moved into another house and I sent Tybalt to college. Consort has three bolts with Brandi Broke (who is engaged to Luis Aspir currently). I foresee marital strife down the line. :P
Albany and his huge brood run the local farm. Miranda is woohooing Dustin Broke behind Angela's back. I'm thinking of hooking her up with Don Lothario soon to see if I can breed the ugly out of future generations.
Kent married one of the Riverblossom Hills old ladies (I forget her name, the really ugly one...) for her money and then proceeded to have an affair with a male streaker with the bird nose from college on the side. He's yet to be caught.
Regan and Cornwall are currently enjoying the Sim Bin.
MONTY
Mercutio died in college from starvation. The idiot was too busy dancing to take care of himself. Romeo romanced the entire dorm. Bottom grew up and went to college where she and Romeo ended up with three bolts. They're married now and expecting their first baby.
Bianca married a hottie from the Garden Club and I'm playing them like a Legacy Challenge. Working on making babies right now.
Patrizio and his wife died. Mostly of needs failure since I didn't pay any attention to them.
Antonio is the manager of J'Adore Bakery, owned by Gilbert Jacquet. He's in love with Alexandra O'Mackey.
SUMMERDREAM
I decided to play Titania and Oberon like the Shakespeare fairies they are named for. I built them an outdoor house made entirely of shrubbery. Things went great until a hail storm caused Oberon to forget about the TV dinner in the stove which proceeded to set the shrubbery on fire. There was nowhere for them to go and, since they had no walls, they had no fire alarm and they died.

Veronaville is my favorite neighborhood not only for the characters but for the decoration and Tudor style of the houses. Well except for the haciendas and palm trees which are a bit out of place IMO.
First thing I did was give all the characters a makeover. Removed the facepainting, and completely customize their wadrobe and faces. Some characters, like Tybalt, undergone major facial surgery. :3dcool:
However, I felt that the neighborhood needed another big family to water down the Capp vs. Monty. So, I created a family line that revolved around Henry VIII, which is also my favorite era in history. I play this family line as my primary and the also spend time with the others for a change of pace.
So here goes the story...
Capp I thought that the Capp Manor was the best real estate on the 'hood so I moved them off that street into another, smaller lot yet bigger house, in the next block. Tybalt is now a Junior in college as the basketball star and hot dog in the Urele Frat. He is romantically involved with Gabrielle D'Estress (who was a mistress of Henry IV of France...unfitting in this story but I thought the name was cool). Juliet is still involved with Romeo and are still Teens. Consort is still alive.
Monty Mercutio went to college and shares a house with the Boleyn sisters, heavily involved with Mary Boleyn. He cut his hair but maintains some facial hair to uphold his bad boy persona. Him and Tybalt are still in the negative but no longer posess the enemy icon. However, with Tybalts personality traits, it will most likely go sour pretty quickly.
Summerdream Puck went to college with Tybalt and joined the same frat. He has a major crush on the president of the Nature club. He's my metrosexual elf ;)
and the new family in Veronaville....
Tudors In one house I have Henry Tudor (Henry VIII) married to Katherine (of Aragon his first wife). He is romance with knowledge secondary, and she is pure family. At the moment they have a healthy marriage with twins, a son named Jasper and a girl named Merry (i.e. "Bloody" Mary) I'm still debating whether to kill off his son to keep in line with history, but I'd feel bad killing children. :( Perhaps I'll just turn him into a Vampire and ship him downtown :P
I also have Henry's sister Margaret and his friend Charles Brandon in another household.
Boleyn Of course, what kind of Henry story would be without Anne Boleyn! I started this family with Thomas and three teens: Mary, Anne, and George and pet dog Wolsey (hahah). The three of them are in college, George is quite the womanizer and Anne is kept to her studies.
Others Other characters I have are Bessie Blount and Jane Seymour both in college and in the Tri Var house with Gabrielle. I have yet to make the rest of the wives.
The neighborhood is only a few weeks old, so there still is a lot of drama to be had! Oh the plans I have...

Wow...I like Veronaville. I play a lot with Capps and Custom Michaels family I made as soon as I discovered that NH. Now I'm making it more dramatic, but I will say how it used to be before.
Capps:Consort stayed same old fart. Juliet married Romeo (duhr...) Hermia, nothing much she stayed teen through out, Tybalt( I loved and still like how he looks) I hooked him up with Diana.
Michaels: Dean was exceding in Law career, Marina was with her 4th child, Jordan Went of to college, so did Diana with Tybalt. Lucy stayed home with mom and her little sister Gwen.
I never aged them up beyond that point, because my computer crashed and I lost everything so I had to reinstall it and after that I had no time to play because of the exams.

I just re-installed and plan to use Veronaville for the Mafia Family Challenge. I've never played it before, because I didn't care for the storyline.
Does anyone else find it odd that Romeo and Juliet aren't really all that attracted to each other? It makes me want to split them up, then I feel like they aren't worth playing without being together.
The first time I tried to play the 'hood, I had Romeo and Juliet suicide together in a crypt. That's pretty much as far as I got. :giggler:

As a rule, I generally keep Romance Sims far, far, away from Family Sims.
Juliet ended up with Mercutio in my last play. Romeo ended up dying from flies, I think. I do like your idea of them dying in a crypt. Neither one of them make cute babies.

There is a post for Pleasant-ville, but not for Verona-ville! Tell us what you did with the Shakespeare Sims, did you fulfill there wants? Did you kill them all off due to bad genes? (Take Romeo's nose for example... *Shutter*)
Here's what I did (Note: No one has died! Yet...)
Capps: Juliet, Hermia, Tybalt, and Consort all got make overs. Personaly, I like Hermia the best. Because I don't know the story of Juliet and Romeo, I decided to make my own version, and in this one Romeo got Juliet knocked up. Thanks to Inteen, Juliet had a miscarriage while still a teen and was really mopey for a long while, that was until I had Romeo come over to chat, and it ended in the bed room :faceslap:
Well, Juliet did pretty well until Tybalt started to get in her face, I like to think he was just mad that she was carrying Romeo's kid. Well, Juliet gave birth to little Flora, and it was suddenly VERY boring. I aged up Juliet because, hey, she had like two days until growing up so why not? Then I remembered -->I<-- control this story! So, I moved Juliet out, because Tybalt was being a jerk and her father was glaring at her every time she came in the room, and she became a modern single mom. I moved in Kent, Regan, and Regan's creepy looking husband, and then moved them out because there wasn't any room! (Hey, Regan changed Flora once, so thats a plus?) Then seconds after the house guests moved out, Juliet popped! I didn't remember her whoohooing any one, but then I remembered that she had a fling with some Sim named Brain. So I moved Brain in and found out he was a romance Sim. I don't care that romance Sims make the best parents! I moved him out in a heart-beat, and then Flora grew in to a toddler. She's got Her moms skin ton, Romeo's black hair, and Juliet's blue eyes. Flora's really cute, though I wish she hadn't gotten Romeo's puffy cheeks and his hooked nose.
Enough about my Sims, whats happening in your game?!

I love Veronaville; I think that its one of the best-looking neighbourhoods and I can never be bothered to make my custom 'hoods that nice.
As I have recently uninstalled then installed my game I haven't got very far, and so obviously I have started again since my last post.
Bianca & Kent: After a fight between him and his brother-in-law, Kent moved out while his sister and in-law were at work and moved in with Bianca. They got married in secret, with only the Summer dreams present; although it turns out Titania was in love with Kent, so she slapped him when he kissed Bianca.

I killed all the Capps. The first I killed was Consort because every time I turned around, he was attacking my sims, not just the Monty family. When I killed Tybalt I let Hermia live a while because I wanted to torture her a bit. But then she fell in love with one of my hard-working neanderthal sims that was born-in-game. I put them together to build up a very nice produce farm. But I still didn't like Hermia.
I didn't break up Romeo and Juliet, but I never let them get together. Of course, they both called each other on the phone all the time so their relationship was always high.
Romeo and Mercutio went to college and graduated. Shortly after, Juliet went to college. Because of bad behavior, she was there a long time. Romeo and Mercutio got their own places because they were always falling for the same girls. and I really loved the house I made for Mercutio, so I used the copy I put in the sim bin for a new hood. Mercutio had two roommates, both gained skills and badges to help him with running a restaurant. But it took so long that the first roomie moved out. I gave both Romeo and Mercutio non-surgical makeovers. Made Romeo an intellectual jock and sports major. Mercutio majored in drama and was gay.
I had Juliet move into a house with a bunch of the other Capps, including Desdemona, Ariel and Hal. I made up a bunch of rules to play that household to see which ones I would let live. But they really got boring. So I decided to kill off all the adults and let Juliet raise the kids. But Juliet never did what she was told and I accidently killed her with a swarm of locusts along with the male kid, Hal.
The social worker that came to collect the kids accidently was killed with locusts. I moved the rest of the Capps in from the sim bin and killed them. Lost the kids trying to adopt them, but eventually found Ariel Capp who was taken in by Hermia. Moved the Summerdream family in and killed them all but Titania and Bottom. Titania adopted a couple kids looking for Ariel and Desdemona, but gave up. By then she was really into Mercutio's first roomie, so they moved in and started Summerdream Decor, a candle and lamp store.
Romeo, had a complete breakdown when Juliet died and the therapist had to come get him out of his funk. This caused him to lose favor with me in a major way. I don't care for male sims that cry like it is the end of the world. Even Hermia didn't do that after losing all her family members. So I played him very little after that although he did come over to Mercutio's house a lot where I was having fun playing the roomies because Mercutio was always working.
Bianca Monty fell in love with her gardener, Vince Centowski. They had a kid, Elaine Monty, shortly after Bianca fulfilled her ltw to become Education Minister. Vince, a romance sim, moved out when Elaine was a day away from going to college. Elaine went to college, graduated and moved in with a female college friend she fell in love with. As a graduation gift, Bianca gave Elaine the house she lived in. Bianca moved into a new house across the road. Bianca was one of my favorite sims, so I played her a lot and had to age her down before she turned to an elder. It was too difficult to remember to give her the elixir.
Bianca, fell in love with Elaine's roomie from Uni and they lived together in Bianca's new house when the roomie graduated, but just barely before Bianca gave birth to another daughter she had with one of my favorite (of two) CAS studs. This daughter, MonaLisa Monty, also went to college at the same time as two other girls who had the same CAS father. All three girls were roomies and became nearly inseparable best friends and business owners after graduation.
Bianca, who was no longer my Queen of affairs because of the union with her new lover, adopted another kid that grew up to be identical to another sim that I really wasn't liking at the time, so I made her move out when she became an adult, instead of sending her to college. She moved into a house with the girls Titania adopted.
Isabella Monty did not grieve for Patrizio when he died. He died just one day after moving into a new home with Isabella while Romeo and Mercutio were still living with them as teens. Isabella immediately rolled a want to fall in love. So, a couple days later, I aged her down to an adult. After the boys went to Uni, she met townie Jonathan Turner and asked him to move in.
Antonio Monty was very boring to play. I got rid of the unkempt facial hair he had and put him in business suits. He fell in love with a Barista and she moved in with him and his kids where they lived in the house Isabella and Patrizio had abandoned. The house was renovated into a very modern three-story mansion. Both Benedick and Beatrice fell in love with born-in-game kids of CAS families. But, by then, Veronaville had really become too big for me so I annihilated the entire hood.

I love Veronaville; I think that its one of the best-looking neighbourhoods and I can never be bothered to make my custom 'hoods that nice.
I really hated every one of the prebuilt houses in Veronaville. Before I nuked the hood, I had deleted all of them and all sims were living in houses I built. The only exception was Antonio Monty. He moved into Patrizio and Isabella's old house after I totally remodeled it so that the only thing that resembled the original was the color of the exterior paint. I still don't know why I took the time to pay close attention to all the details of the remodeled house, but I was very pleased with the result.
Some of the comm lots got major modifications, but I bulldozed most of them to create new ones. I didn't like using the comm lots at all without remodeling. I also hated how often I had flooding on my lots with that hood.

I started playing Veronaville again, we'll see how long it keeps my interests. (I still have way too many hoods to play with!) I moved all teens out and killed the elders and adults in those three houses. Bin families are still there, for now. Anyway, so the Capp-teens, Summerdream-kids and Monty-teens are the only ones I plan to play with. They all move to new houses and will start eventually populating the hood.

I would play Veronaville except for all the junk coding EA left behind - which apparently means that in order to play with InTeen as I do, I have to go through each and every playable in the entire neighbourhood, spawn their Biological Clock and save the lot in order to make them age and stop being read as a pregnant teen (and then go back and RE-put away each and every Biological Clock).
It's just too irritating to start up.

Yeah, I hate Capp Manor. Takes them like five hours to get from the roadside to the front door and the gardener always gets stuck at the bushes around the house. I'm not fond of Monty Ranch either.
Then again, I suppose if I were on the dev team for Sims 2, I'd do a lot of copy-and-paste cookie-cutter houses too. I get bored of building after a while. I've enforced a one-lot-a-day rule for Pleasantview.
Oh, well, Veronaville's next on my list.

I loaded Uberhood and first went to Veronaville. I moved all families out of their homes and bulldozed the houses. Then I moved those sims that I want to play with, to my custom homes. Many sims got killed during that operation, all elders (except Isabella Monty) and the Summerdreams.
Tybalt moved with his sisters and started to look after them after he grew to adult. Soon after Juliette grew up too. She's still living with Tybalt. Hermia went to college with her new crush, Mohammed Capp.
Puck moved with his sister to a starter-home and they kept going to school together.
Isabella Monty moved with Romeo and Mercutio and boys started to improve their grades.
Bianca Monty moved to her own place and soon after that she got engaged to Kent. He moved in and they got married, Bianca started to expect their first kid.
Antonio (? anyway, Bianca's brother) moved with his two kids to a new home, got fit and started to work towards promotion. The kids (don't remember their names right now) are soon going to grow up as teens.

Even thought Consort and Isabella Monty made up, feud is still present. Consort hates Diana with great passion and he is neutral towards his great grad daughter. Poor Tybalt is torn because he is on good terms with both.
Juliet is finishing up college( Sweet mother of pancakes, finally) and Hermia just enrolled. Miranda and Capp trio don't get along what so ever(I tried). Hermia and Mercutio are now hostile :(

Ah, Veronaville. At first I hardly bothered with it - I was too busy trying to create my own mad neighbourhoods to really care about the defualt lots. Occasionally I'd get into Pleasantview and change some stuff but that was about it! Until I was bored one day and had a look at the Verona family tree! So many Shakespeare in-jokes, so little time! The inner crazed English Literature student in me decided to run with it.
Capps: Juliette, Hermia and Mercutio I did mess around a bit with - made Conrad's house more gothic, less boring yuppie. Conrad's bedroom is now a hidden chapel behind a secret bookcase. Mergh, he's a creepy, unlikeable old man. I figured he would sleep somewhere vaguely vampiric. Packed all the teenagers off to University - Mercutio got a sports and music scholarship, I think. Juliette was a music scholarship, and Hermia I think was charisma. Hermia was one of my favourite characters! Less fluffy than Juliette, and more edgy teen with a brain. It'll be interesting to see how she develops.
Cornwall and Regan were pretty career-driven for ages on end -I kept Kent living for them for a while, as penance for losing his job. He had a tiny back bedroom crammed with his violin, his books, and a fold-down bed - and that was it, until he found a job as a teacher and steadily crawled up the career ladder. Once he had an income to offer Bianca I had them movie in together for a small wedding. He's Monty now, rather than Bianca becoming a Capp - sheesh, the Capps seem like complete jerks, one way or another!Kent's the nicest of the bunch, and is friendly with all his nieces and nephews. Cornwall and Regan had a baby - Cornwall more keen than Regan at first, but she got used to it! So they now have a little girl by the name of Cressida. Best way to pick names EVER for this lot - open your Shakespeare copy, choose a page at random, and have the first name of a character than meets your eye!
Albany and Goneril are pretty feckless parents - Goneril's turned into a harassed earth mother during the makeover point somewhere! Miranda became a punk rock rebel and moved out as soon as she could eaern enough points for a scholarship. She majored in Biology, got engaged to the guy who runs the Science enthusiasm secret lot, and then for her sins moved in with lonely old Grandpa Consort. Good way to fulfil the ghost need, but that house is way too big to play, really. She got married to her nice crazy sicentist, but as soon as she gets a higher level job she's leaving - and taking her Servo Caliban with her!
Hal's the only other sim I've doneanything with - and the one my inner Shakespeare fangirl screamed and shouted at to continue the Veronaville tradition with - so i ran with an er... Henry V twist there. He's doing Political Science at Academie Le Tour (France? Politics? Anyone?) and is rooming with a rather shy Luna Lovegood-esque blonde girl called Katherine France...
Yeah, I'm about as subtle as a brick wall. But there's so many Shakespeare plays, so little time - and Sims! I'm half hoping to work my way through the tetralogy, and have a new feud engulf Veronaville after the Capps and Montys. Will Hal's son begin a feud between Lancasters and Yorks? Who's the creepy dark-haired kid muttering about the 'winter of discontent?'
In conclusion, don't let a Literature Student anywhere near Veronaville...:P

I took all the houses, moved the families out, took their houses, deleted the neighborhood! Did the same to all the pre-made neighborhoods, minus the universities and downtown. ..^^

This thread looks so lonely. D:
Veronaville is my favorite hood. Plain and simple. 8D
I begin by moving everyone into houses, which I decorate, then giving all the sims I will play a make-over. ^_^ I then make a teen girl for Tybalt Capp to date, because every Don needs a Dame. xD And I feel sorry for him. :/ He's the cute kinda dorky.
I get Romeo and Juliet off each other, and have Juliet be with Mercutio. Why? I hate romance sims, and as an adult Romeo kept rolling the want to fall in love with Tybalt's wife. Which leads to a severe *ss-kicking later. I iz srs. >:C
Hermia dates Puck, Bottom suffers for being annoying, Oberon is killed and Titania has the Grim Reaper's baby. 8D
I send the teens to college together, and rotate around, graduating them all slowly. When they are all adults, I fix relationships then settle down to switch between Tybalt and his wife and Mercutio and Juliet. 'cuz I luff those two boys. They're so...lovable. x3
Also, I resurrect Contessa. Because I feel sorry for Consort, too. And it appears she's the source of the feud. o_____O
-goes to play with Tybalt some more- x3
EDIT -- Also, when I installed Inteen, everybody got knocked up THE END.
Nudder Edit -- It saddens me to see how many people either killed off Tybalt or left him to die alone. D:

Currently I have created my frist CAS family for Veronaville.
And the Teen sister of the husband in that family has a crush on Tybalt, is friends with Romeo and kinda hates Mercutio.
However Mercutio has some odd obsession with her and won't leave the poor dear alone fr five minutes :D
Also Bianca Monty (me thinks thats her name) lives with them :D

Capps:
Consort Capp Household
Juliet (yes, I changed her name) and Tybalt have gone to college. Juliet is engaged to Romeo. In a few days, Hermia will go to college as well.
Albany Capp Household
Not much with them. Goneril fell in love with her husband, but that's it.
Cornwall Capp Household
Regan and Cornwall had a daughter whom I named Iris (Tempest character).
Summerdream
Titania and Oberon got married. They adopted a little boy whose name was BJ, but I changed it to Alonso (another Tempest character; I bet you can guess what my favorite of Shakespeare's plays is!). Titania is pregnant as well.
Montys
Antonio Monty Household
Nothing has really happened with them. I don't find them particularly exciting.
Patrizio Monty Household
Bianca moved in with Patrizio and Isabella. Patrizio will die in a day. Romeo and Mercutio are at college with Tybalt and Juliet.

Capps
Consort Capp Household
Juliette got married to Romeo. They had twins: Danae and Aria Monty. Aria came out quite pretty. Danae..not so much. I think I'm going to make Aria an evil-pretending to be innocent- twin.
Tybalt got married to Desdemona Capp (I made them unrelated). They have two beautiful daughters: Sira and Hera, who oddly enough are dark hued while their parents are both fair o_O
Hermia (who hates Desdemona), got married to Puck Summerdream. Then she died a few days after of starvation.
I moved out Regan, Cornwall, and Kent Capp to Pleasantville.
Goneril+Albany Capp Household:
Goneril and Albany are already both dead.
Hal died in an unfortunate fire accident
Miranda married Mercutio Monty, then they both died of old age.
Desdemona marries Tybalt
Ariel goes to college, gets knocked up by Matthew Hart (Frat boy) and ends up raising her child Nick, in the college dorm right up until he reaches teen life stage.
SummerDream Household
Not much. Bottom grew up into a teen and Oberon and Titania got married.

I just recently began playing with Veronaville. So here's what I did so far. Nothing too special. Just a couple of babies. but soon there shall be choas if I stick with this neighborhood.
First off, Kent died by a fire. Cornwall and Reagan had a baby boy named Dimitri. He's still a baby. I'm afraid of what he will look like because his dad is just hideous. I'll probably kill off Cornwall.
Tybalt married a cute female sim I made in CAS named Jasmine. They both have successful jobs and have a toddlers -son and a daughter named Cleo and Alex. (named after Cleopatra and Alexander the Great). They are my favorite family so far. <(^.^)>
Romeo and Juliette moved in together at Patrizo's (?) house and had ...twin boys! I named them Paris and William to keep the Shakespeare theme going. William and Paris have the two different last names since Romeo and Juliette both gave birth. :Pint: Soon after their birth, their parents died in a freak fly attack. The two old people (Isabelle and Patsomething) die too. Bianca moves in and saves the house inheritance and the twins from the social worker! :turtle: One day Biance stumbles upon a magic lamp and resurrects Romeo and Juliette! All is saved! :bunny:
Puck and Hermia live in the Summerdream home, and I haven't done anything with them yet.
Mercutio moved into a nice houes with his wife Hermione. They have a daughter named Viola and Hermione is expecting!
Funny thing with Hermione's family. Okay not really that funny but still ;) I made their whole family tree in CAS. Everyone died except for Hermione and her mom. I was going to just kill off the mom but Rob Humble came by and I had a L&D Tombstone laying around and was curious so now Rod has twin daughters named Violet and Magenta who are two not so pretty teens xD.
So that's pretty much all I did. I'll continue when I feel like raising all the kids.

Hi, my name is SlightlyStoopid and I'm a Veronaville addict. How do I know? Does a normal simmer have three different versions of Veronaville in their game? 'nuff said.
V.1:
Erm...My sister plays this more then I do, I usually build lots for her. I looked at it a couple days ago and it seems she's following in my footsteps, lol. SHe's making a story revolving around Tybalt Capp, my second favorite sim (Topped only by Ripp Grunt!).
V.2:
This would be the version that I play the most. Elders=dead ('cept Consort, he refuses to die! D:<), Adults=half are elders, Teen=All Adults and married, Childrens=Teens. Erm...I had Bianca Monty become a town whore, get prego by Kent Capp and marry the Roseland dude that came with Pets who's name I can't remember. Romeo is married to Juliet but cheating, Mercutio is married to Bottom Summerdream (who is an adult!), Juliet's prego and Antonio resurrected Hero! :D
Oberon and Titania had twins together after getting married, THen Titania got the want to have 10 kids...I obliged. xD
Puck married to Hermia Capp, they've got one kid. Bottom's pregnant, but hasn't shown yet.
Consort lives alone in his giant mansion, Tybalt lives across the street with his too-pretty wife (she looks like a fudging stripper named 'Candy.' Dx). They've got a son together, and she's pregnant again, third trimester.
V.3:
Oh, this one should be X-rated. xD Let us begin, shall we?
Juliet got knocked up by Romeo when she was still a teen, had the kids then got kicked out. Hermia went with her and they rented an apartment. Romeo continued to visit Juliet and the kids, though it was in secret. Eventually Hermia got prego by Romeo when he went to visit and Jules was out. Juliet got pregnant too, Hermia told her about Romeo, they haven't had a thing to do with him since. They'll become adults in a few days.
Bottom and Oberon died in a tragic fire that took out the entire Summerdream house...Titania still has nightmares of her husband turning to ash and her daughter's screams. Puck is currently in college.
Tybalt. Tybalt was PO'ed at his sisters, Juliet for getting pregnant by Romeo, Hermia for taking her side, so he teamed up with his cousin Miranda to get revenge. Miranda thought it'd be a great idea to steal Puck from her. Problem is, she didn't want to do it. So she made an unwilling Tybalt flirt with Puck and make him break up with Hermia. But Tybalt...discovered he actually enjoyed being around Puck and had romantic feelings for the other male sim.
That's right people. You didn't not read it wrong.
I made Tybalt Capp GAY. :o
Soooo...Tybalt and Puck dated for about three years until they were getting ready to go to university, and Puck said that his mother would disinherit him if he kept seeing Tybalt (Apparently Titania is homophobic). He also would be going to COMMUNITY COLLEGE (THE HORROR! THE FUDGING HORROR!) if he didn't stop his little 'charade.' So Puck broke up with Tybalt and Tybs shot him with an M60...in his dreams. xD Tybs didn't go to college, Consort died, Tybs got the mansion, became Don, snipped his sisters out of the family, and is looking for a wife. He's burnt out on dudes now. Dx
I feel sorry for Tybalt. Every now and then, when idle, he'll look depressed and sigh a lot. He must've really loves Puck. :'(

First post here, thought I'd give the forum a try :)
Veronaville is my favorite hood to play, after my custom one. I've done a lot of stuff to it (but it constantly gets bugged, for God's sake)
For Consort Capp's family, I moved them out and rebuilt the manor (glitched lot). Consort died a widower and was buried next to Contessa (then Mercutio kicked his grave over, what a nice man), Juliette married Romeo and had one child named Aira by him, but Romeo turned out to be Daniel Pleasant 2.0 and snogged the maid (the one with the hippo lips :/). Hermia married Puck and moved in with the Summerdreams. For some reason, I can't imagine Tybalt with anyone else but Mercutio, so they're living in that mansion next to the Summerdreams, happily married. Goneril and Miranda got a makeover (their lack of upper lip seriously bothered me). Miranda tried to flirt with Mercutio but Tybalt didn't like his cousin macking on his man very much; now they're enemies. Hal Capp is Benedick Monty's mortal enemy; Desdemona is seeing Beatrice Monty and wants to go steady with her. Regan and Cornwall used to live with Kent in that 2-building house by the river; Cornwall whaled on Kent all the time, Regan never did much about it. She started hating Kent after he moved in with Bianca and took her last name.
Whew. As for the Montys, Patrizio died, Isabella lost it and died too. I resurrected Claudio and Olivia and they had their third child, Benvolio (seriously, where the heck was he in all this...). Antonio wasn't very interesting, and he died in a fire. I also resurrected his wife Hero and killed her in a pool ladder accident a la Skip Broke, so now they can be together in ghostdom. Bianca got married to Kent and he took her last name, and they live in Antonio's old house, whose stupid ghost is always haunting the place -_-" They adopted two dogs named Fugmuffin and Lady Gaga.
Summerdreams...Puck married Hermia and they moved into Puck's old house after college. Titania and Oberon are elders on the brink of death, but they did have a happy marriage. Bottom (who I renamed to Crystal...seriously, 'Bottom'? Ew.), I tried to get her to get with Benedick Monty, but it seems he really hates the Capps. I sense Townie marriage in her future.
So that's my Veronaville... :P

^ Glad I could help! :D
It was really hard getting them to get with it, though. After every flirt there would be a poke in the chest or a shove, cause Tybalt's a huge jerk (seriously, he whaled on Hermia and Juliet every chance he got). But they do make a very cute 3-bolt couple

I think Bottom was sent to live with foster parents who ended killing the kid. :P
Then I killed the whole neighborhood (too bad it couldn't have with a Godzilla attack...). It wasn't that interesting to play sims that already have back-story.

I've never played TS2 with the stories as they are. I always play my own version. I like choosing for myself how much money each family will have, who they will date, fight with and even where they will live.
I had a lot of fun playing Veronaville because I played it my way and made it my game, instead of the Maxis way. I think I was sad about nuking the neighborhood for about a week. But after that, I quickly forgot most of the names of the families I created with the Veronaville characters.
Although, I must admit that a totally custom hood is so much fun. Right now I'm trying to play another Maxis hood to see if I can make it as fun as I made Veronaville.

I'm currently in the process of developing Veronaville's population, backstory etc.
For example, I've bought the Montys a restaurant, to fit with the whole family-business thing going on in their bios.
In order to bring a bit more... diversity to the neighbourhood, I've moved in loads of families and randomly assigned them "alliances", so, for example, the Ramaswami family sides with the Capps, and Cyd Roseland sided with the Montys (before he died, which is also part of the story).
I've also made some sims whose names are even more Shakespeare references. On the Montys' side is the Prince family, which is basically just an excuse for me to use up all the cool names in Romeo & Juliet that EAxis didn't use already. :P
I really like Veronaville.

31st May 2011, 2:35 PM
Oh boy. Where do I start?
First things first: Make-overs. I still had them keep the facepaint, just gave them better ones. And better hair. And make-up.
I did the usual, had Romeo and Juliet fall in love, go steady, sneak out. Stuff like that. At the same time, Puck and Hermia and Tybalt and a CAS sim named Eris Leveque (initially Juliet's friend she brought home from school) started dating. Things started to get dull so I decided that it was time for the double suicides.
Romeo and Juliet's elopement and deaths soon followed. The Capulets and Montagues built a shrine for them in the heart (or at least.. The closes to I can get to the center) of Veronaville to commemorate them. That doesn't mean the feud is over.
I sent Tybalt, Hermia, Mercutio, Eris, Puck and Miranda, and another CAS sim (Something LaBelle... She's just Mercutio's future placeholder mate. Not important :P) to college. Not wanting to keep rotating between lots, I just (as canon-rapey as it may be) had them live together. I tried to justify it by making it look like seperate houses but still. I don't think a day went by without some sort of fight breaking out. Oh Tybalt. Even Consort seemed to randomly appear just to shove Mercutio and then leave without saying a word. O.o
Hermia and Puck Summerdream: Upon Juliet's death, the role of Heiress fell unto Hermia's shoulder. She didn't want this, however. Not one bit. She denounced her title as Heiress and gave it to Tybalt, then married Puck and took on the name Summerdream. At this point, the Capulet family objected no longer. Juliet's death has quieted any protest. They had twins named Hamlet and Juliet. Hermia still misses her sister badly, one of her wants is for Juliet to go to college. I locked it even though I know it'll never happen. It's quite sad.
Both Puck and Hermia don't want anything to do with the family feud. They still want to remain in friendly terms with both families, but choosing sides are something they would rather not do anymore. After having twins, Hermia quit her job in business, something that would've caused a stir in the family yet no one said a word (Well, except for Tybalt) in favor for the life of an artist. Puck is pursuing the music career. Bottom has aged up and is the heiress. (The Summerdreams being matriarchal and all)
This is random, but Titiana once rolled a want to flirt with Hermia... While she was pregnant. What is wrong with you? O_O
Tybalt: He moved into the Capulet manor with his new wife, Eris and her father. Consort has died of old age. He's rapidly climbing the career ladder. I think he'll reach the top of the business career soon, thanks to college. Eris has become a Lawyer, like her father. She aspires to become a Rock God but the years of law school would just be wasted. They have two daughters, the eldest and the new Heiress, Sybil. And Iris. The news of not having just one, but two, daughters was great. The matriarchy would be restored with the next generation. The daughters seem to have inherited Tybalt's grouchiness. In fact, their personalities are so similar, the only difference is Sybil's a bore and Iris has her mother's playfulness.
Mercutio: Haven't played them yet. I plan on building a restaurant (Thank you, OFB!) and working till it reaches 5 Stars. I think I'll name it after Romeo.
Y'know, I'm thinking of fulfilling Hermia's (And Tybalt, he has the same locked want as Hermia, making him a jerk with a heart of gold. I think Mercutio has a similar want too. Not too sure :B But for Romeo) want afterall. When they're all elders and near death. Just to give it a bittersweet ending.
Well, if it doesn't go horribly wrong.
Mrmo
12th Feb 2012, 7:07 PM
Well, I'm going to try to tell how I play. First I must tell you that I don't play generations, I use aging off so the ages always the same. I want to have it that way course I want to develop the familys.
Capp family:
Consort Capp did get engaged whit one of "my" sims named Nancy Truman and she moved in to the house. Julia still loves Romeo and Hermia loves Puck Summerdream. Always when I install a EP the ages takes a jump forward and as Tybalt oly had 4 days left I did let him grow to be an adult. He has moved out of the house and had his own place but moved when he did "find" a girlfriend (an other of my sims) Jade Marooe.
Kent Capp lives in a house whit Regan and her husband Cornwall. Kent is in the Culinary career, making his way up and Cornwall is in the gamers career. There are many single womans in the neighbourhood so finding one for him would not be to impossible.
According to Sims Wiki Miranda wanted to get out of her crowded house so she and Ariel, now aged to child, lives whit a childless couple. Miranda still loves Mercutio.
Albany, Goneril, Hal and Desmadona also lives Veronaville. Albany had just taken a job in the politics career.
Monty family:
Patrizio and Isabella still lives at the Monty ranch whit Mercutio and Romeo. As told, Mercutio loves Miranda and Romeo Julia.
Bianca Monty was the first of the "Montys" I ever added to the game and she lives in City whit one om "my" sims (sorry did forgett his name) and as he is in the gaming career he is co-worker to Cornwall.
Antonio lives in Veronaville together whit the kids Benedick and Beatrice. He is in the culinary career and that makes him co-worker to Kent. I'm try to find a woman for him, I got one in mind but they never seems to meet.
Summerdream family:
Never play them. Don't know why but I never do.
That was the main familys of Veronaville. I don't like the fight itself so when i play the familys I try to make them come together. I try to make them end this war and so far I have been lucky. Ofcourse, It takes some time but they don't hate each other anymore. They can meet and talk whitout slapping each others faces and scream.

I haven't really done anything with them yet, but I'm about to, and here's what I plan to do...
- create Sims for a few other characters like Count Paris, the Prince, and Rosaline(I count her as a character.)
- set Juliet up with Paris and make it work
- send Romeo back to Rosaline(even though she's technically a Capp too)
- find some way to change Bottom Summerdream's name
- do something awesome with Tybalt(not sure what yet, but I'm him in the class play, so might as well)

CAPP FAMILY- Consort Capp stayed single for a while until he met an townie named Demi he married her and they adopted a girl named Elle than he died. Demi got remarried.
Tybalt married a CAS Julia and they had a girl named Jessica.
Romeo and Juliet gotten married and had a girl Julissa.
Hermia and Mercutio gotten married and they had twin girls Audrey and Aubrey.
Some other Capped family member I moved in and they had a son Cornelius. That's it

They're all dead.
I was testing a challenge out where this sim was supposed to be batshit crazy and kill/orphan everyone. He did.
Only Capp I have existing is Ariel, who was adopted by Mr. Crazy's gay alien son and his husband Frankie J. W. part trois.
EDIT: Now that I remember, I think before killing the entirety of the Summerdream house, I opened it up to play. The party was much much smaller with only Juliette and Hermia being the only guests alive left. Then Oberon decided to make out with Juliette. Uh, you go do that, Obie.

I rearranged the lines of succession according the memories of Patrizio and Consort.
Capp: Goneril, the heiress, moved to the Capp manor with her family. Consort died and Hal and Desdemona became teens with aspirations of popularity and romance. Miranda just graduated college and moved back to the manor and married Mercutio (Goneril wasn't really happy...). Juliette graduated college and moved to the Monty ranch. Tybalt also just graduated and moved into a house. He will be marrying Bottom Summerdream, when she becomes an adult. Hermia will be marrying Puck so she has moved to the Summerdream estate. Regan and Cornwall moved into a house and had one son, Cornelius. Kent left off to marry Bianca Monty.
Monty: Patrizio died, leaving Isabella depressed. Antonio, now the head of the family, moved in with Beatrice and Benedick, who grew into teens with aspirations of knowledge and family. Bianca married Kent and they had a son, Benito. Romeo and Mercutio went to college and graduated, Mercutio moved to the Capp manor to marry Miranda and had to give up his position in the line of succession (because I really don't want the families to combine and that would happen if Benedick didn't have a male child). Romeo, now the heir presumptive will be marrying Juliet, who has already moved into the manor.
Summerdream: Oberon and Titania got married at a large party(btw: Isabella who was the only invited member of the Monty family, because I considered her to be a harmless old lady, beat up Consort AND Albany Capp). Bottom became a teenager. Puck moved back with his wife, Hermia, because any of his possible daughters will be heiresses presumptive.

After installing or re-installing TS2, one of the first things I do in Veronaville is always to give Juliet, Romeo, Mercutio etc. make-overs and turn them into goths. I don't even know why I do it. xD

I think I might kill off the R+J named characters after I make them have babies, it seems appropriate. For Hermia, I always use one of my all-time favourite hairs: it's a short soccer-mom type thing coloured with a turquoise and a purple from Pooklet's palette. I can't remember who makes it though, gah. I find it interesting that the Monty ranch is supposed to be a llama ranch...it would be fun to have some llamas around to play with.
Also I love Bianca Monty so I always play too much of her! I need to work out who to marry her to, maybe one of the Uni sims.

What i did was.......
(1) Delete every single person and house.
(2) Downloaded what i could and placed new stuff
(3) Renamed the town
(4) Gave it some non-boring style
(5) Played it when-ever I got the chance

What makes you think that would matter? If you deleted sims, ANY sims, the neighborhood is corrupted. How quickly the signs of the corruption begin to appear remains to be seen, but the chance this 'hood will have long-term longevity is small.

The link you put only said "don't delete sims from the sim bin", "don't delete any character files in your sims 2 document", "don't use the cheat 'deleteallcharacters'", and ect. but it said nothing from what i saw that I shouldn't delete the characters in the town. Well I should have been more specific with number 1. I meent to say that I removed all the sims from their houses, bulldozed the houses, rebuilt every single one (well not every sinngle one) and put the sims back in their new homes and gave them a diffrent look. So i shouldn't really say
"delete" :faceslap: Sorry.

It might help to know, then, by what method you did delete these sims. If you went through this process (http://www.moreawesomethanyou.com/smf/index.php/topic,6205.), then you're fine. Otherwise, not so much.
It's also fine to delete sims in Buy mode with moveobjects, but that's a trick used to "reset" a glitchy sim, and doesn't delete the sim permanently, or mess up its character file.
If you used the deleteallcharacters cheat, that's the most destructive method of all. But I don't suppose you did that, because that would have eliminated the binned sims as well. Actually, I'm not 100% sure of that, so...
How did you delete sims, if not from the family bin?
lovebirds45
22nd Jul 2012, 7:36 PM
I didn't say that i deleted the sims in the bin. I just let them be.
I did not use the "deleteallcharacters"
I did use he "moveobjects on" to delete a sim, but it was an accident!
And nno I did not use that method. I never did delete any sims at all. But if i did it was a complete accident!

Okay, I see your clarification in post #110.
I'm sorry if I came off as a bit harsh. The intention wasn't to make you defensive, but to make sure those who don't already know that deleting sims can ruin a neighborhood aren't mislead into thinking it's safe to do.

I absolutely love Veronaville and the whole 'feuding families/modern R&J' theme. I tired to follow the plot of the original Romeo and Juliet, with a few twists. Personally I am more Team Capp. The Montys aren't as... interesting.
Juliet and Romeo went steady for a long time in high-school behind everyone's back. The first to find out was Hermina who was utterly shocked. Shortly after Tybalt found out from a friend of Hermina's and became overfilled with rage. Tybalt began to threaten Romeo and the two fought on Capp Manor. Juliet watched from the window of her room as Tybalt was murdered on the spot. Consort died of a heart attack after learning Romeo had killed his only grandson and name-carrier. Hermina met Mercutio that night, not knowing he was a Monty. After a month of going steady she found out and was about to end things when Juliet changed her mind. Juliet grew up and the next day so did Hermina. The Monty boys proposed to both at the same time and they had a double wedding. I mistakenley invited both Monty and Capp families :faceslap: so their wedding was full of fighting. A few days into their marriages Juliet and Mercutio became friends and had an affair, leading to woo-hoo. Juliet fell pregnant and when Hermina found out she told Romeo. Romeo was stricken with grief and poisoned himself. Hermina attempted to murder a pregnant Juliet but instead Mercutio killed Hermina. Juliet gave birth to a baby girl, Ariel who resembled her very much. That night she went to the family graveyard and stabbed herself at the foot of Romeo's grave, missing her lover and in guilt of cheating. No idea what to do with Mercutio after that; I made Prince Escalus in CAS and had him slaughter Mercutio for fighting (and killing) a Capp (Hermina). Now, Ariel is a child and lives alone on Capp Manor. She's half Monty and half Capp, so I haven't deceided what side she will be on yet but I'm absolutely loving this dramatic story of mine LOL  :)
I actually have a legacy based of Romeo and Juliet. Ariel is the second generation heiress, and I can't wait to find her a husband. Im thinking of a Summerdream (?) but Im not sure yet. They scare me with their facepaint :wtf:

Bianca Monty married Juan Reamon and they have two children Julia and Nicholas. Next time I play that lot Julia is going to become a teen.
Antonio Monty remarried a Sim I made in CAS and got her pregnant with another set of boy/girl twins. Beatrice and Benedick just graduated from college, and the younger twins Christopher and Elizabeth are children, almost teens.
Oberon and Titania Summderdream got married, Puck went to college and married Hermia, Bottom just graduated from college and is currently engaged to Benedick Monty. Oberon and Titania had a born in game daughter named Helena who is a child, and Oberon got abducted by aliens and Lyra his daughter by alien abduction is now a toddler.
Goneril and Albany Capp just have Ariel left at home. Ariel is a teen and I plan to send her to college the next time I play the lot. Miranda married Mercutio Monty and has two children Anne and Evan. Hal just graduated from college and is engaged to Beatrice Monty. Desdemona is Junior in college, and has a crush on a dormie.
Romeo and Juliette got married and have two children Aaron and Brandon. One of the main reasons why I have Mercutio move back into the Monty Ranch with Miranda, is that Isabella and Patrizio have a negative relationship with Juliette but they don't have any kind of relationship with Miranda when she moves in to marry Mercutio. Because she is the nicest Capp (I seriously don't know where her 8 nice points came from), she usually is BFFs with Patrizio and Isabella relatively soon. When Patrizio and Isabella died of old age, Miranda was listed as a friend on their "inheritance" pop up, and she got a little more in inheritance from them than from her grandfather Consort when he died of old age.
Puck married Hermia, and that lot is a madhouse. Their oldest daughter Robin is now a child, but when she became a toddler Puck got abducted by aliens while Hermia was pregnant. Hermia gave birth to Thea and Puck gave birth to a half alien daughter named Phoenix.
Tybalt Capp moved back into the Capp manor and married Xandria, a Sim I made in CAS. When Xandria was pregnant, Tybalt got abducted by aliens. Xandria gave birth to a son named Cassio and Tybalt gave birth to a half alien boy named Lynx. Consort died of old age when Lynx became a child.

Well, veronaville is pretty boring.
Consort, Juliette, Hermia and Tybalt Capp
I haven't played Juliette, Hermia or Tybalt very much, they're still teens.
Hermia is with puck and Juliette is still with Romeo. They bore me so I don't plan on playing them much anymore. As for Consort, I have done nothing, except trying to make him a Business Tycoon.
Goneril, Albany, Miranda, Hal, Desdemona, Ariel Capp
I transitioned Ariel to a child, Hal too a teen. Goneril and Albany had twins, Araina and Felicia. Don't plan on making them have any more children.
Bianca Monty and Kent Capp
I moved these two in together, and they fell in love, and got engaged. Shortly after, they got married and Bianca got pregnant with twins, Carlos and Gabriella. They don't make very 'attractive' children. When they transitioned to toddlers, Bianca got pregnant with Crysta, who is now a child and Carlos and Gabriella are now teens, and Bianca and Kent have another baby, Jadea. I plan on moving Kent out and divorcing them though.
Isabella, Patrizio, Mercuito and Romeo Monty
I haven't done anything but look at this family, they bore me.
I prefer Pleasantview.

Juliet and Hermia: Went to college and are living with Tybalts gang.
Tybalt: He was the first one to go to college, and he started a gang that fights with Mercutio's gang all the time, but Mercutio has a bigger gang so he's kinda beating up Tybalt right now.
Consort: Died, and he's house went to Goneril and her family.
Goneril: She became a housewife, and her husband became a cop. Most of her children are in college, now. Hal is going to join Tybalt's gang. Her family was doing bad financially, but then she inherited Consorts house and they are living lavishly.
Cornwall and Regan: They had a boy named Duncan, and a girl named Rosalind. Also, they adopted around 5-7 kittens and puppies. They also live in an Apartment downtown, so their household is really crazy.
Titania's family: Puck went to college. Titania and Oberon realized they are meant to be, are in love with 3 bolts, and finally got married. They also had boy twins, Nick and Frances. Their household is a mess, there is garbage everywhere, and someone always has food poisoning because nobody cleans up the old food. Because Oberon is the only one working and is in the slacker career, he barely makes money, so they just order chinese.
Kent: He is living with goneril at the moment. Also he's into men, now.
Isabelle and Patrizio: They both died, and a maid that Isabelle befriended is now watching the house until Mercutio gets out of college. Before Isabelle died she opened a bakery in her house.
Romeo: Is in college and dating some girl, but he is still friends with Juliet. Because of their friendship it stirrs up trouble between the gangs.
Mercutio: Found a different girl, and also started a gang which is now the biggest and organized gang in all of Simcity.
Claudio's family: Claudio is dating his roommate. His kids cause a lot of drama between the neighborhood teens. Benedick found a beautiful girl named Sarah Jeane that was one out the seven O'Mackey kids in Riverblossom Hills(After Gabe divorced he re-married a downtownie, and they had 2 kids and adopted 5). Then he cheated with a different girl, but Sarah J. he visited him to get back together, but his new girlfriend is a real brat, so she told Sarah J. off. Also, Beatrice is friends with Benedicks new girlfriend and her friends (Just some teen drama lol).
Bianca: She apparently disappeared from my game, or maybe i deleted her and forgot.
I actually enjoyed playing Veronaville, but the Summerdreams were my least favorite.

From you mentioning Beatrice and Benedick I'm guessing you mean Antonio, Claudio is Romeo and Mercutio's dead father. If you did delete Bianca from the game without using the safe method, you corrupted your game.

Oh don't be scared of Puck's facepaint! When you look at his personality, he's one of the most sensitive Sims around. I think he wears the facepaint to hide his shyness. He deserves to get a nice wife. He certainly deserves better than the treatment he got in my game (of which more shortly!).

Puck is 8 points nice and 2 points shy and Oberon and Titania both thave 7 or 8 nice points. Bottom has 5 nice points but she tends to act nicer, probably because she was raised by Oberon and Titania. There is no need to be afraid of them, but the house can be a pain in the rear.

I've been having a lot of fun with the Capp family.
Ages ago I married Tybalt off to one of my CAS families. He had one kid, and two aliens. He ended up dying of old age after fufilling 3 LTWs.
Now for the main story.
Consort fell in love with a vampire, Eva, and impregnated her. While Consort was content with outliving his family, Eva wasn't, and cured herself. Consort worked as a painter for a while, before he got bugged and stood stock still complaining about his wants, so I used moveobjects to put him in the sun. Romeo and Juliett "went steady", although Hermia went and dated Romeo a few times behind Juliett's back. Eventually Romeo and Juliett got married, and I made the mistake of inviting Isabella Monty, which caused the wedding to be a total mess, with several fights breaking out. Hermia started flirting with Mercutio, which caused Albany to attack. Despite this, the game rated the wedding as a success.
Juliett became a Desk Sergeant, and while she was out, Romeo WooHoo'd Hermia, and ended up impregnating her. I got bored of the Capp Manor so I moved 'em into the City House that comes with Nightlife. Romeo got caught cheating with a Townie when both of the Sisters were returning home from work, and Juliett went into aspiration failiure twice due to breaking up with him.
Mercutio got a job in the Military and ended up getting together with Hermia, and is helping her look after her illegitimate son, Yorick. Hermia is pregnant again after a "joy ride" in the car with Mercutio. Juliett got married again to an Exterminator named Travis, who's now a criminal.
As for Eva, she moved out after Consort's death, gave birth to his daughter, Trish, and has fallen for one of my CAS sims, a cop named Mark.

Updates on my Romeo and Juliett story.
Juliett caught Travis also cheating on her, and ended up going a bit crazy. She became obsessed with the paranormal, and killed Travis, then turned him into a zombie.
She then invited Romeo and Bianca around, turning them, and Patrizio, who'd died of old age a while ago, into zombies.
Disgusted at what Juliett had become, Mercutio dissapeared while everyone else was asleep. As far as they know, he was KIA.

My Veronaville is a place where literary characters come together to realize their dreams or destroy others'. With the Shakespeare theme running throughout the neighborhood I got the idea of bringing in other literary characters to join in the fun so....
Tybalt Capp goes off to college with Mercutio Monty, Charles and Caroline Bingley, Fitzwilliam Darcy, and Jane and Elizabeth Bennet. After graduation he marries Caroline and has of course befriended his soon to be influential fellow graduates. He also goes on to be CEO of Capp Incorporated and patriarch of the Capp family.
Juliette Capp marries Romeo after his wild and crazy college experience and they settle down to have a lovely family.
Hermia Capp marries Puck after college.
Miranda Capp marries Paris after he is thrown over by Juliette and takes up a position in Capp Incorporated.
Hal Capp goes after Sarah Crewe, with her fine upbringing and elegant manners, he also takes a position with the family company.
Goneril and Regan are co-presidents of the family company and married men that can help keep the Capp family on top. Goneril's Albany is quite the politician and helps push all Capp agendas through the houses and Regan's Cornwall is a fierce corporate attorney that is a force to be reckoned with in the courtroom.
Kent Capp is lovingly tolerated and is quite successful as a medical researcher.
The Montys have closed ranks and all live at the ranch. When Patrizio died Bianca asked her fiance Heathcliff to move in and they were married at the ranch.
Bianca and Heathcliff are flamenco dancers and love that there children can be raised with family close at hand.
Antonio is doing well with his culinary aspirations and Isabella is great with Beatrice and Benedick.
Mercutio moves back home after college and becomes an athletic superstar.
Oberon and Titania Summerdream get marry and add to their lovely family with Moth, Cobweb, and Peasblossom. Their home has become a bit of an artists' colony what with Oberon being a prestidigitator, Puck a musician, Bottom a painter, and Moth an actor. Titania loves her parties and throws them for every occasion not to mention being a professional party guest.
I have plans on marrying Bottom to Legolas Greenleaves when they get back from college.
That's all I have for now but it is just the beginning.

I got bored with them, so I'm using that hood for experimenting. After the zombie plague, I've set up various families to test things - (with "no social worker mod" like what happens to babies and toddlers (like 15 or so) when all the adults & teens die? So far not fun...

For several months now Veronaville has been my second home. I tried to dress all the playable sims in Elizabethan costume, but could only find medieval and regency downloads. They had to do. All the ladies wear long dresses, and have long hair tied up. I tried to play without electrical goods and telephones, but gave in at last. I'm holding down on the cars, though. No fortune sim can fulfil that wish. Following Shakespeare's lead, I made the fairies the central characters (I got out my Shakespeare to check the stories). As fairies should fly, and the only sims in the game who can fly are witches, I got all the pointed-ear folk to become witches. Titania was the first, and became Infallibly Good. Then I did not like the sparkly skin and rising magic bubbles, so I got her to study some neutral spells until she became merely Nice, and her skin became normal. All face paint came off, and she is quite beautiful underneath. Her son Puck is also very good looking under the paint. He went to college, where he met one Eskarina Smith (a fugitive from Terry Pratchet's 'The Colour of Magic'). They have graduated, and are betrothed.
Titania's house needed a severe makeover. I took out the central staircases, just keeping the outside ones. That left space upstairs for a magic room, with magic chairs, lecterns, cauldrons and fairy lights. In the garden many of the shrubs were inaccessible, because the daily gardener needs a level place to stand beside each shrub; so I had to adjust the ground level to make each shrub accessible. That was not easy. Once Titania was a fully-trained witch she could help the gardener with the 'folium deletum' spell. I gave Titania a beautiful downloaded dress, Arwen's dress from 'Lord of the Rings'.
I felt outraged that Maxis had called Titania's daughter 'Bottom'. In the play, Bottom is Titania's clownish lover, not her daughter. I changed Bottom's name to Moth. Other fairies mentioned in the play are Pease-blossom, Cobweb and Mustard-seed. Those three, fresh from CAS, are living further down the valley. They all became untrained witches, but Mustard-seed objected. He was afraid of becoming a witch, took a severe aspiration crash when it happened, and longed to be cured. So I acceded to his request. He is now the only pointed-ear sim who has no magical powers.
I paid some attention to the Capps and the Montys. The Capps have skintone 1, and dreadfully narrow jaws, surely too small for a full set of teeth. The Montys have skintone 3, thick lips and coarse features. I can't help seeing that as some sort of social stratification, with the Capps despising the Montys for their plebeian manners, and the Montys seeing the Capps as effete inbred snobs. Evidently the Veronaville story involves mixing them up to produce better-looking offspring. Since Consort Capp and old Monty are so unpleasant, their festering rage brought on a debilitating condition - zombiism. I have the zombi-apocalypse mod and the fight club, so they are now quite dangerous. Some of my fairies have taken advantage of the physiology glitch to maximise their Body points by way of defence.
The teenagers have all gone to college, and I sometimes play them late at night, when I'm too tired to bother with micro-management. I just sit back and watch them punish each other. Juliet has hit the hot tub with both Romeo and Mercutio. Tybalt beat up Mercutio so many times that I got Mercutio to study physiology. At last he won a fight against Tybalt. In another thread, Tybalt won many mentions as an objectionable sim, and I hate him. I'm so shallow that I hate him for his face - the narrow jaw, the turned-down mouth, the aggressive face paint. I never direct him, and I doubt he will manage to graduate.
Bianca Monty married Kent Capp, but the marriage did not last long. He was mooning over other men in community lots. At last he was caught cheating, and ejected. Bianca turned out to have three lightning bolts of attraction for Oberon, so she married him. That's the story so far.
