Nope, he went sunbathing at like 6:59pm, so it got dark right after he laid down. Then it started to rain. I let him stay there because his comfort was pretty low and when he finally decided to get up...burnt to a crisp.

Thanks Captain and Lili. It's taken from the beach where the castaway first lands. The comment bubbles said she could see the ship. But I couldn't. So being me, I naturally went zooming all over the landscape with the camera. Because it's a Stories game with barely any CC the graphics are set on "gimme all you got and then some" on my 512MB video card. The picture turned out so good I made it into my desktop wallpaper! I hope the moderators allow it. I promise not to post any more Stories pics. I just thought that this one turned out rather impressive even if I do say so myself. I'll post a pic of the BV shipwreck next :)

1306 - thanks :) It was an autoroof at the default 45 degrees. I didn't bother doing anything to it because that's my poverty challenge shack and they keep adding rooms as they get more money and there are new babies born so I don't even try to get a nice roofline. It's going to get knocked down soon and the only thing staying is the original shagging couch where the generation 2 heir was conceived :lol: For posterity and all that.

In my game, Daniel Pleasant adopted a son right after Mary-Sue divorced him and got left at the alter by the maid. My the end of his life, Daniel had 100 life time and daily relationship points with this kid. I moved in Mary-Sue and her newly-wed husband because I didn't want to lose the kid. So far, Daniel is one of the happiest ghosts I have, and the only person he has scared is Mary-Sue.

1306: Thank you! The pool is in fact filled, I've just moved the camera so that it's almost below the water.

I tried to go all the way underwater and then look up at my swimming sim, but was disappointed to find that this is impossible. :-/
